Facilities such as ultrasound machines are there to help people who are pregnant, and refusing to use them for you to roleplay as being pregnant is not transphobia.

About a year ago at the store I was working in a trans person came in wanting to change the name of their customer card. (we have a small card with annual benefits when using it) My colleague, female, a bit older was a bit confused but stayed friendly and said that it's no problem and that we can change the data digitally. The trans person got upset and demanded us to print them out a new card with their new name as they refused to take the card home again. We changed the data digitally and said to them that the card really isn't necessary since we have their data and entering the name is enough. They still whined about their "deadname" being on the card and my colleague went to the main office with them to explain to them that we only print out new cards when there is enough demand for it. While they where gone I quickly changed the way they are addressed via mail so they won't have another meltdown when they receive a mail and are still referred to by their "old gender" all in all it was a pretty tame encounter (also rare as many people in my area are still fairly normal) but I think it's thanks to my friendly colleague that things haven't escalated. Kudos to her.

As an asian person and not being English as the first language. This is what I learned from school and I will still stick to this. 1. If a person is born with a penis, then that person is a boy. Thus, that person's pronoun is He/Him. 2. If a person is born with a vagina, then that person is a girl. Thus, that person's pronoun is She/Her. 3. If we used the pronoun they/them, it is automatically understood that we are referring to 2 or 3 or more people. The videos about pronouns and other types of genders are quite confusing. And tbh, very very unfair to non-English speaking countries. Because in school we were taught to use this type of pronoun to a specific person.
