TRANSFORMING 3 Rooms Into 1: 190 sqft

We have 190sqft that we need to transform into a mutli-functional space. A bedroom, home office and laundry room would typically be 3 separate rooms in a normal house however, our house is anything but normal. Until we are able to build the back bedroom wing of the house on, we will need these 190sqft to function as a bedroom, home office and laundry room. Can we make it work?
Shop Our Apparel: www.bunkerbranding.com/pages/...
We are a couple who are building our own home from the ground up in the mountains of West Virginia. After living near the city our entire lives we finally decided to sell it all, pack up our 3 kids and live in an RV on our 73 acres while building our own debt free, off-grid house and learning to live a more self-reliant life.
Our house build is documented entirely on our main channel "Wild Wonderful Off-Grid" and our family life vlogs can be found on our secondary channel "Wild Wonderful After Show"

I've been watching every video for some time now but haven't commented up till this point. I just want to say that I think one of the reasons that your videos are so special is the fact that you're both genuine- down to earth people that we all can relate to. You both are talented in the areas that count for these videos. How fortunate you are to have each other. Always look forward to the next one.

TIP - whe trying to move a stacked washer and dryer, try to spray any of the soppy solutions like Lysol multi surface cleaner etc. right near the legs of washer. It glides so easy and does not scratch the floor either. Tip I learned from moving folks.

As many build-ins Josh does, you should really think about getting a pocket screw jig setup.

Yep, we electricians like to light up everything. It's our obsession. The more control switches, the better. By the way Josh, you did a bang-up job with the powerhouse and solar. I did not see a single code violation in that entire series. Well done! You get an "A+".

I absolutely love watching your videos, because your family is such a breath of fresh air. You guys all work together well including the kids, your animals all seem to know they are a part of the family and are well thought of. Everything you do together seems as if you really enjoy what you're doing, and are well above the average person when it comes to working as a family unit and building your new home. I look forward to your videos with great pleasure. Thank you for being wonderful people like you are.
