This guy is 50? Holy smokes. He looks 35. I first thought why his hairs are white at such a young age 😅.. He has just a perfect body. Obese is a big issue in India. Even WHO has shown it's concerns for Indian youth becoming overweight. Even 5'5 men and women weighs 70kgs in India.

Sir BMR/BMI complely health parameter kaise bata skte hai. I am 5'8" and training for almost a decade now. I have good muscle mass and a Little bit of fat. I am 97kg. So just by BMI calculation my stats are always in the category of obese. But i am not obese.

Consume food that is suitable for hot and humid weather like India's. Indians want to build huge muscles like Westerns and end up getting heart attacks at young age. Weather conditions matters a lot, Africans are tallest and skinnest (light food for hot weather), but Japan is cold yet they eat light food & are lil bit skinny but the healthiest humans on earth even after smoking and drinking alot, it depends on Hard work. And Gym is not the Hard work. It's like an artificial health. Instead, climb mountains, go for camping, do these kind of activities, use bicycles 🚲, walk, avoid putting pressure on chest area.

Light food. Neither too much Carbs nor too much Protein, and focus fibers bcz we give zero importance to it. Look at Japanese people, they are skinnier and healthier than rest of the World. Look at the diets of Buddhist monks, light food and yet strong..

You have excluded a wide variety of Indian foods. We Bengalis have hundreds of non-veg preparations with fish, chicken, mutton and egg. They are super healthy in every aspect (low carb, high protein, complete protein, high iron and calcium, gluten free etc. etc.).

Dont worry about sugar spike people. Worry about lean muscle mass. If you're a healthy individual with good lean muscle mass, eating in moderation is fine even if there's sugar spike. P.S. I'm not a medical professional, so this with a grain of salt. It's just what works for me.

His formula for BMI is wrong.Its not height divided by weight. BMI is weight divided by height in meters squared.

i eat that thali everyday and do kalari and yoga till i get sweat bath. and goes to 8hr desk job. i am fitter then most people. the point is do ashthanga yoga or angmardhana and you don't need to worry about it.

Your body works to digest food. There's wear and tear on all body parts over time. It's better to not use the body to digest something you don't need and then exercise to control the damage. Prevention is better than the cure.

@@prakash_77 when i exercise i don't think about digesting food. people don't do exercise to digest food. they do it for fitness. and if you are fit your digestion system works well. good digestion is consequence of that.

What does it mean by ‘Typical’. No typical everyday home meal has all these things. This is a Typical restaurant thali. And if you are eating that everyday you have a serious problem. An in which society can a manual laborer even afford that thali. How many typical families eat Paneer and Batatvada everyday ?

I agree.... Aam admi nutritionist sounded too good but Mr Kejriwal refused to take a diet plan with me ...but Virat, Aamir, fardeen, Abhishek, Manoj , yuvraj and about 200 celebrities did take a diet plan... So I have to salaam them as they pay my salary .... So it is a celebrity nutritionist. 👹
