Meteorologist here to answer Jenn’s question about how a tropical system formed near Cancun: There was a really large, disorganized area of low pressure in the western Caribbean Sea called a gyre. Showers and thunderstorms can organize in these gyres and swirl into a tropical system! That’s how a lot of tropical systems form in that area! But you are also right about things coming off of Africa and developing! That’s how a lot of tropical systems that impact the Eastern US/eastern Caribbean/Bahamas start out.

As a former childcare manager, here in the UK, we always cut any food which could be a chocking hazard for children into quarters, grapes, tomatoes, sausages. Basically any food which can get trapped in a child's throat. Your Amazon cutter is a really good tool.

I agree with the comments about Oliver maybe needing more baby foods. I have four children and had same issues. Once I started rice cereal at night before bed, they all started sleeping better. Plus fruits and veggies during the day.

My aunt who is 77 now stayed in her crib until she was 6 years old. He might just enjoy the comfort of his crib. My oldest slept in his until he was almost 4. And my youngest slept in his unit he was 3 years and two months. He will get to where he wants a bigger bed. ❤

I’d love to see your pool and patio at night with the flood lights and pool lights. I live in Canada so we don’t have tropical plants and pools, which I find very beautiful at night with the lights!!!

They need to interview him. What's mom's name, dad's name...baby brother etc. What is mommy's job, dad's job. How old is....mom, dad, Oliver etc. His fav colour. Where do they live. Of course, Jenn can edit out things that would be a safety risk factor...but does he know he lives in Florida or Orlando area? It would be so cute.

I live in Palm Springs, CA, and we just went through tropical storm Hilery and was stranded in my neighborhood for 3 days as major roads leading out were flooded and damaged and our ceiling leaked a ton in 2 different rooms. I can't imagine going through this multiple times a year.

Stay safe Jen, Tim, Jackson, and baby Oliver. Used to live in Leesburg which never really got bad rain or wind from the hurricanes. But now I live in Sarasota and we’re supposed to get tons of rain and heavy wind

We found out with our 5 month old that he was a big boy and just needed more real baby foods. So we started the fruits and veggies and he started sleeping better. P.S. I love Olivers fuzzy little hair. So cute.

I was at disney from August 6 to 10 and the thing I found so unique this time around (been in August a lot) is that other than on the 6th for l8ke 20 minutes it did not rain the rest of the time. Usually it rains every day for a little bit in the afternoon in August but NOTHING in the 7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th!

Ours had a Disney Cars bed and they were both so happy to switch to it. Now the youngest is in a twin with a Pop Tent cover. Loves it and sleeps great.

Jackson should be "old McDonald" and the rest of you should be McDonald's foods. The water not only sounded different, but it looked different. The hot water is moving and the heat seems to make the backsplash look different than the cold water. It was very cool to see, thanks for doing that.

People always complain about the cold water off California, but thats what keeps us safe from hurricanes! Even Hilary that almost hit us downgraded to a tropical storm when it hit the cold water.

To answer Jenn about cruising in storms. When my family went on cruises it was during Hurricane season because it’s cheaper. But it works out because the ships will avoid the storms so no issues really and cheaper trip.

My favourite game when I was a kid was Monopoly...I havnt played for decades...the last board game I played was Pictionary and it was fun...Jackson is so darn cute and Oliver is growing like a weed!!! It is good that Jackson is coming up with his own games with the pieces from monopoly. My son did that with just about every game we had. Never played them the way they were intended. That is a sign of super smarts and inventiveness.

Yes! I came here to say the same thing! Don’t listen to the criticism about the gray hairs, Tim. My husband is 39 and has gray patches in his beard and salt and pepper hair. Honestly, I think he looks better now than when he was younger. 🤷‍♀️ Do whatever YOU want with the gray.
