Recently a spinal surgeon went public with divorcing a wife that was a "Miss Connecticut" beauty pageant contestant, and unknowing to him at the time of marriage, also a high end prostitute. Family lawyer, Jonathan Noble, joins me with some teaching points from this case for the men out there.

Coming from a Baptist Christian conservative background I don't necessarily agree with spinning plates but I can't argue with the state of marriage. Women have one job above All Else and that is to regulate the sexual marketplace. Until they can do that with some honor and dignity no man should get married. Moreover one of the bigger underlying problems is a cultural one. A bad toxic hookup culture will corrupt even the most virtuous of women. It is disrespectful of women to ask us as men to take them seriously and commit when they valley who they give access to them

Rich is so right about watching how when vetting a woman to look at clues on how they treat others. My ex wife was very polite and courteous in our relationship before marriage. But one thing I noticed and didn’t pay much attention to was how rude she was to her parents and grandmother. Low and behold after marriage guess who her next victim was and disrespect was aimed at.

@@badboy-gn8fu yeah I'm going through that now. Considering divorcing my wife. Inability/unwillingness of her to keep things straight/clean has been one of several issues. I been sleeping on the couch for the past week because the bed looks a total hot mess thanks to her...and she still sleeps in the bed without dressing it up no matter how chaotic and unpleasant it appears. Said I'd try marriage at least once when I was younger...but never again. I regret doing it this once. What kills me also is how women either slow down or stop the physical affection and sex....but still expect a man/husband who craves it to be monogamous and have no other woman(en).

Glenn, I was married for 15 years and I understand what you mean when you say you wish you would've paid better attention. But I'm sure like me, you had no reason to doubt or question anything until it was too late. By the time I found out, it was over for me. You could've told me the morning of my wife leaving and I wouldn't have believed it. I had no reason to think my marriage was in danger. Thankfully I have my kids because she walked out on all 3 of us and we haven't seen her in over 3 years. Almost 4

@@adriancanestra6910 Divorce sucks, I don't wish it on anyone. Watching your marriage, family, and finances implode can be earth shattering. It sucks for you and the kids, and there's no way to eliminate the suckage. But one difference between divorce and death is death has some finality, while divorce, especially with kids, has none. You never really get away when you are tied up by finances and kids. But your ex checked out completely so maybe you all have some finality to it. Good luck to you and your kids.

I know this ain't relevant to the video but I just wanna say, I got red-pilled not by one woman but by 10 or so, So I'm 22 I started to work as a nurse( yeah I know a job for women, but I like it) for about a week, it was something like a test to see how good I fare, I did a lot of work not 1 mistake and everybody was so nice and sociable, then I get to talk to the manager and he told me that the girls said to him that I wasn't doing enough, didn't take a lot initiative like doing things by myself without being asking, in the condițion that everyone told me that I should ask before I do things. It made me reslise that working with women in the same space is like working with a nest of snakes, not 1 of them told me i was doing anything wrong or that they thought I was not doing "enough" it made me realise that no one will help you achive anything if they feel like is at their expense.

Great interview and highly informative especially for the younger men who are possibly contemplating marriage in the future. As a former divorcee, I live in Texas, and when I got divorced, initially I tried to get an annulment and wasn’t able to for two specific reasons, 1) I couldn’t prove fraud or duress(even though I suspected it eventually) and 2) The marriage was consummated (obviously my mistake, however the claws didn’t come out until AFTER the marriage). The second reason is a major requirement in trying to obtain an annulment at least in Texas, because even if you can prove fraud/duress you STILL have to prove that the marriage wasn’t consummated on the wedding night, which is the main reason why annulment is so difficult to get in family court. But hey, at least I didn’t get divorced in California for example where divorce is economically devastating and unforgiving towards men in general. Overall in general, this is what my lawyer informed me at the time, since this was several years ago. As always great show Rich, keep them coming!

He met her in 2013. They married in 2015. This man is a highly accomplished surgeon who was probably working substantial hours per week. He didn't have time to watchdog his partner all day every day. He trusted her and she took advantage of his trust. What type of relationship would he have if he felt he had to check up on her all the time. The man has a demanding career and has to come home and worry about asking his partner screening questions? No. He expected her to act like a responsible adult and he treated her like one. His wife is a sociopath and he should be given the benefit of the doubt. People need to stop asking, "How did he not know"? Put yourself in his shoes.

If you have a spaghetti monster religious marriage in the UK the US isn't going recognise that as legally binding. As they will not recognise one performed in the process of filming a TV show. You can get screwed by co-habitation but not by recognising non-legal ceremonies in foreign countries.

Men think, they're save as long, they didn't get married. However, the government will come out with ridiculous laws. For example, if you're part time caretaker for kids, and her kids is among all the kids under your wings, she can go to the court and asked you to pay for her kids because you take the role of parental figure for her kids. Or, you have been living together with her, or she's your fiance; she is entitled to have the same benefits as your "wife", she can divorce you and take your house. This happens at British Court.

I like that Jonathan combines book smarts with a nice touch of redpill rather than many lawyer types that just preach about love and other bs. Had a gut feeling my recent ex was just wearing a mask and I finally acted on it and dumped her. There were other issues that doomed the relationship long term anyways. Listen to your gut!

About the last guest 'Archimedes'... I would venture to say the unborn kid is not even his as I believe many of these type of women would have started sleeping around soon after they lose respect for their man and so in his case she might have wanted to get pregnant (with any man) in order to secure her future 'financial funding' when she decides to leave him later.

It is impossible to protect yourself against a wife being something she is not. Women act wholesome until they can pull the bait and switch. A few years of dating will not tell you a thing. If you want to be with a women, tell her you want to see what kind of wife she is going to be - over the LONG haul. You will sign the contract at 70 years old. She will run and find a new target. Hold masculine frame.

I realize it’s this lawyers career, but he’s being way too optimistic about the divorce court machine. The reason why default 50/50 custody is so rare, is because it would jeopardize the amount of money flowing into the pockets of lawyers and judges. The divorce court system relies on the two parties fighting over children and assets until the money runs out. It’s called corruption.

Don't know about his life, but as he's Korean, they have a culture known for parents putting a lot of pressure on their children to excel and achieve financial success at the cost of your own happiness. So parents could be part of it. Also, may have just wanted to prove something. Got himself a trophy wife to go along with his trophy life. People in the medical field, especially if they are in demand, can work crazy hours and part of his job might include travel due to him being specialized. Have friends and family in various fields and their schedules are crazy. Dude probably let a lot of shit go as he was getting taken care of at home by her. I think the problem is that she just didn't love him... or didn't love him enough to stop doing what she did and put him first.
