They had one of those in the playground area, and I used to spend so much time at the top. One year I was mad at my parents and I spent the entire afternoon up there and nobody knew where I was! I liked the burger prison as a child. The inside was smooth and cold to the touch, it was cramped in just the right ways, and very few other kids wanted to climb up into there other than to see what it was like. It was a nice place to just go and destress from the high action chaos that was the slides and the ball pit.

Mask up when you go outside (you don't want pollen to make stuff worse), leave the fan off when you shower so the steam has a chance to help you breathe easier, avoid tight/fitting shirts (and bras if you wear them), and use a humidifier if the air is dry. If you don't have a sleep tracker you might want to get one; I've found that doctors will give you treatment/medication options a lot faster if you have concrete data. Good luck, I hope it's nothing serious, and feel better soon
