Young Goalkeeper J. Sebastian Lutin, eleven year old in personal training session with Coach Roel Martinez. Session performed November of 2017.
- Warming up
- Foot work and side to side low, medium and high diving.
- Low diving side to side while attacking the ball diagonally.
- Side to side low diving with change of directions and explosiveness.
- High catches

Yes it is. There are 8-9 year old kids playing on comp teams in D1 and D2. Don’t believe me, check out the JPL/NPL leagues.
