Your initual precautions, all good and true, are not on screen long enough for slow readers to fully comprehend and absorb. Because theyvarexso important, imo you should actually speak them to camera and repeat them again at the end.

Should not you contract mula as well? Also when exiting the pose: release mula, release belly, release neck and come up and breathe.

Not technically. Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Bandhas, Shatkamas (cleansings) are part of Hatha Yoga. But when combined with chakra and spinal awarehess and manipujation (ie, Kundalini doctrines) they classify as Kundalini Kriya Yoga. But they must each be perfected individually before being integrated into the advanced practices.

@@ifeelshivayaa5167 WT_ Don't know anything then keep your mouth close *Uddiyan bandha* This is specially for sanyasis Bcoz it completely block ur sexual energy and make it move Upward For further evolution. It Causes upward flow of apna vayu Hence it reduces the fire that burn u from inside therefore its magically Anti aging. Fire exist in manipur chakra Which causes aging.

It is better to teach and practise ONLY Uddiyana alone without Jalandhara ... until comes time to learn Maha Bandha. Also you did not emphasise never to perform Uddiyana on an internal retention. Yes, you did demonstrate it correctly on the exhalation -- but I've had stupid students get mixed up because they've thought that a sucked-in abdomen was an inhalation. 🙄 *** Please try to be more explicit when teaching this stuff on the web. I guarantee you'll cause confusion. I actually hate on-line teachers. It is irresponsible not to see and know your students. But, the horses gave bolted. You know, traditionally yoga was passed on only directly from teacher to student, not because it was secret mysticism, but for safety reasons. So, in summary: - Moola Bandha ok on internal or external breath retention. - Jalandhara Bandha ok on internal or external breath retention. - Uddiyana Bandha ONLY on external retention. - Maha Bandha ONLY on external retention. - Moola and Jalandhara may be done together on an internal retention. These are the rules ... for your safety
