Overall thought full explanation of three bandhas. I am also writing about bandhas and I already used the river and bridge analogy. I still had doubt whether I am correct or not. But with this explanation my Idea is validated. Thank you so much ❤️

Yes, stagnation in the body, that makes sense, and I'm also thinking contractions. Could be useful to learn about be bandhas, especially since they to me seem to represent locations in the body that are centers of stagnation and contraction.

Thank you. Is ujjai considered a gentle jalandara banda? I will be dropping the lower bandhas and stick to nasal breathing, maybe keep the ujjai, in general classes.

I'm just learning about the bandha , but my main question is how do you know you're doing something correct? Can you feel it? I wish there were more videos on that part as I'm sure it is a specific feeling which I'd like to be able to recognize

I know, right? That’s where the teacher comes in. However, I think, if we’re really quiet, and centered, at ease and connected we can start to feel the energy and from that, we’re in, we’re in the energy-shaping mode. 💕
