With eBay davidg2731 is correct. Tracking # should verify that it arrived 99.98% of the time. However, if you are just starting out on eBay, then it makes it very, very hard now because of this BS. If people were honest then no problem. Now you __have to be established__ or have about 200 sales over 10 years and 99.2% rating, then you might be able to start out. If going to do it as a business, depending on what your selling ( just for lying returns ) maybe $2,000 cash or higher end stuff maybe $15,000 because of things like this on top of regular inventory stuff. In the past you would eat $100 or $3,000 max for scammers for regular items. Just counting regular Used; motherboards, LAN cards, video cards, laptops and the like. Not even talking about very high end $10,000 TV's...

I have a community strike for "scam/false advertising" It was a stream where I was playing apex and talking to my friends. When I reviewed the section its me talking about buying clothing and being excited I can get some white tops... I never said a name of a company or that I was selling anything. I have tried 3 times to appeal this but I can't and it says the strike stands and the video was removed... At this point I think a human never reviewed it and it was just AI. As my channel isn't large enough for KZfaq to care.

YT is on autopilot, especially since the Google layoffs are also affecting Alphabet related organizations. I’m not surprised these random strikes are showing up, they’ve switched over to AI monitoring and their system isn’t setup any longer to handle human intervention in these cases. I’ve personally been randomly shadowbanned for making a completely neutral comments to various posts,there is no consistency and nobody to appeal it to. We are watching the last days of this platform with their massive mandatory ad spamming and their punishing small content creators at random. If YT dies there are always other venues, they’re not the only game in town.

I don't really care for UFD tech, but its BS to take someone's means of making money away from them with no way to fix it. So I work as an electrician, now imagine if not only I were fired from my job but my license was taken so I couldn't work anywhere else. This is essentially the position this guy is in. If your platform is monetized videos there are few options out there. And shame on Nintendo their behavior has been getting progressively worse over the years and it never was too great. Someone with way more money that me needs to serve them some humble pie in the court room.

They should give genuine content creators a break. What should be banned is the myriad of channels set up for tech and current affairs especially where its AI content being read by a robotic AI voice, and stock images are being rotated as the boring drivel is uttered, just to make someone a few dollars in montised revenue. Not in the spirit of content creation at all but I feel this space and others will become awash with it if KZfaq and other platforms do not get a grip on it.

This really comes down to a TOS issue...with YT and Nintendo. I don't think Nintendo cares if someone puts Android on a Switch but if they show the public how to circumvent their device security, it becomes a serious issue. YT is kinda stuck in the middle of this whether it violates their TOS or not...but YT absolutely has to respect legal issues with corporations. UDF Tech is talking nonsense if he's claiming he didn't push piracy. If he posted a video on how to do it to the public, damage is done. No question about it. That said, I do thnk Nintendo is ridiculous along with YT for letting this go on like this for so long. Whatever percieved slights they may think happened have long ago been paid for. This shouldn't even be a story years later. To me it opens up for a punitive damages lawsuit.
