I got the chance to add another bandsaw to my shop so that I would be able to re-saw figured wood for guitar tops. This Harvey Alpha HW615 came packed so well, and practically already assembled, that it only took about and hour to have it off the pallet and running. Thanks to Harvey for making such an awesome tool and sending this one my way.

This was very helpful. Thank you. The guard (red piece) around my guide was not parallel with the guide and so would catch when trying to raise or lower. Once I detached that from the guidepost the whole upper guide snapped back in alignment and now it runs fine.

Very nice! there are a few really interesting features on that saw. I would have like a little more light in the build. There were some points that were hard to follow because I couldn't see well.

I chose to keep the lights off so you’d be more interested. There’s really not that much you missed if the lights were on

Dang that is a big saw. You need some noir detective narrating over the video though. I laughed when I saw the spot light on what you were working on but everything else was dark.
