Quant a moi je ne sais pas quoi faire , je pleure tout le temps jai meme des crises de paniques jarrive pas a surmonter cette phase, jai peur qu'il soit menteur et en meme temps il demande des excuses en me disant je reviendrais comme avant .. je vais juste regler mes problemes et je vais jamais te laisser. Jai peur de cette relation sincèrement

Hi Alexis, over the last months I've been studying a lot of information about autism (asperger), attachment theory (avoidant) and immaturity. It seems there's a lot of overlap on the subjects and I am reaching a point of saturation, especially because I am the only one gathering all this information and am not able to share it with my partner who most likely doesn't poses the intellectual capacity and for sure not the will. Is it possible to have all this in one person? And how would she get awareness if I am not supposed to be the one showing this information? The stakes are high, our whole family is in serious danger but that doesn't seem to bother her. I am in a form of strategic no contact i.e. I do not initiate contact unless asked and then respond brief but gently. For the sake of the children I still give her services such as cooking a meal. Again with the children in mind. Thank you.

Hey...I got my ex back and now...I don't know if I want to be with him anymore 🙈. Anyhow, he is definitely battling depression and he is quite an extreme avoidant...but he is working on both things, hopefully things get better.

What do i do if my fearful avoidant bf broke up with me due to life stress, i tried to hang on but he isn’t talking to me at all. It’s been 4months, and i checked in with him, he replied and said he was feeling depressed. Do I remain in contact? He broke up with me and ghosted, so I don’t know if he wants me to hang around or not? It’s very difficult

My DA ex said he had depression. My understanding was little by little substituted by angriness. It grew because I felt disdain from him, sometimes it was insulting. Is it normal? Or his dislike when he left me was real?
