Mücver
Ingedrients (for 4p):
• 2-3 zucchinis
• 2 eggs
• 2-3 carrots
• 3-4 (small) potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 tea glass of flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• ½ cup frying oil
How to prepare:
1. Wash all the vegetables. Peal the carrots and potatoes. Then, grate the zucchinis, carrots and potatoes using the coarse part of a grater and dice the onion.
2. Squish out all the water from the vegetables using a dishcloth.
3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchinis, carrots, eggs, onion, potatoes, salt and pepper. Add the flour and mix all the ingredients together.
4. Use a tablespoon to make small piles for each mücver and pour into the pan.
5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place the mücver on a plate with paper towels, to drain the excess oil from the pancakes. Serve them on a clean plate with some black tea.
Afiyet olsun!
