Updates! Construction of the largest mall in Eastern Africa Dar es Salaam Tanzania

The East Africa Commercial and Logistics Center is located in UBUNGO District, the golden area of Dar es Salaam. It is close to the long-distance bus terminal and connects with the most important aviation, railway, highway and port transportation networks in Tanzania, showing an excellent geographical location advantage. This project is a four-floor building with a gross floor area of 75,000 square meters. When completed, it can provide more than 2000 high-quality shops and 1,000 parking spaces. To provide “one-stop” services for cross-border businesses, all-related service institutions such as customs, tax bureau, commodity inspection bureau, labor service, shipping and logistics companies, financial service companies will be stationed on the fourth floor.

Impressed by your comment as a fellow country men as I do not consider East African foreigners. Unlike usual comments from Kenyans who tries to put anything Tanzania and Kenyan in competition, you are just seeing things just as they are, and, that is the brotherhood we like in East Africa. We should neither compare nor compete but work together to create what is bet for us all and build harmony amongst ourself for we are one people who only happens to view ourselves through colonial lense of divisions.

@@francismadoshi8529 Dar is not finished, it is the commercial capital. If will expand. Look at commercial capitals in other countriess like New York. It is a major trousist attraction while Washington DC is the seat of the goverment. And Dodoma is exploding. Thefre are manh beautifu buildings popping up in Dodoma. Who says you can onlly have one mall in a country? You must develop the whole country

I agree but not far away from the city, I say the same place but full changes like expanded roads for easing the traffic and the brt busses, also big sidewalks for people as the major traffic reason are the huge amount of people walking on the sides. Also all new buildings and upgraded infrastructure so that kariakoo can go international level

The construction is going fast simply because the project is done by the investor 100 percent,delaying will cost the investment unlike other projects under government supervision which always delay.
