I have an essential oil diffuser, on the nights I plan on having a lucid dream I’m gonna diffuse a specific smell I’d associate with lucid dreaming…… thanks for this, trying it tonight.

You're a smart guy. :) I have two idea's for you. I'm thinking about a ring you can put on your finger. It's something you can see, but also feel and touch without seeing it when you're in bed. The other idea is you get some special drink (like tea or something) before going to bed for lucid dreaming. You can use both these idea's to create some Tipharot Merch and sell it. :)

It's AI generated. It was the least cursed looking human I could get Stable Diffusion to generate for the concept I was trying to get it to make 😂 There were about 30 other images created before it that were all nightmare fuel.

if you continue to do reality checks in a lucid dream your more likely to have more lucid dreams in the future because your brain associates dreams to reality checks
