See the results I got from mixing 18 different Piñata alcohol inks and Lumiere paints with Pardo translucent clay. Here's a hint: You get gorgeous glass-like effects!

Oh Sandy ( that sound's like that song from Grease,lol). Your tutorials are just wonderful and so inpiring. I received a huge parcel of clay today and some inks etc. Now I know how to use them. Thank you! A quick question: do you let the inks dry before mixing together or work it in when it’s wet?

It’s best to let the alcohol evaporate and the ink dry before using. Mixing in the alcohol can cause issues.

That's an interesting question. The Lumiere paints are water-based and the alcohol inks are, of course, alcohol based. So I'm not sure how they will react together. I always encourage people to experiment though, so give it a try with a small sample and let us know your results!
