Yaris price in July 2020 starts at Rs 8.86 lakh for the base J optional variant and its top manual variant, VX, is priced at Rs 13.06 lakh (ex-showroom).

Very nice analysis of Yaris variants and will help you to decide its variants based on your preference and budget. I own Yaris V CVT, Pearl White and believe me, this vehicle never disappointed me. It is butter smooth in driving, rock stable on highway at high speed and superb breaking system to control. Recently, I drove Bangalore - Mumbai (~1000km) in 15hrs and found very comfortable on the long stretch. I never felt I was driving over 100kmph due to ultra-refined engine (almost no engine noise even at 130kmph), cool n quite cabin and comfortable seats. Mostly cruised between 110-130kmph with top speed of 160kmph and fully satisfied with its performance on very long drive. Even my old parents while driving back from Mumbai to Bangalore were travelling with me and they both found it very comfortable seating during this long Journey. Though Yaris has not picked up in Indian market due to various other reasons than technical, my recommendation- if you prefer safety and comfort over everything else, Yaris should be your choice ...

I used Toyota Camry 2019 and know I’m using Toyota Yaris 2019 opt v, I love its best safe car. Better than Hyundai verna. Yaris is international car. Yaris is a Toyota speed car. Buy this car if you’re looking for Hyundai verna , Skoda rapid..

srijith kothapally sir I am looking for a sedan and my options are Yaris , city 2020 and Verna , I rejected the Yaris after the drive ground clearance is the lowest , the engine is the lowest performing of all like not up to mark , touchscreen is basic looks like aftermarket 6-8 k ones , there is nothing good in Yaris except for the safety aspect of 7 airbags and the Toyota badge so I have booked the city vx petrol if ticked all my boxes and amazing drive

Looks like the most basic variant J Optional is the best of all variants!!.. esp the CVT variant which is just 70K over the manual!!

I bought the automatic J variant in phantom brown… and it’s an amazing car plus I put all the missing accessories from outside within a lac which was better than taking any top models which would cost me upwards of 3 to 4 lacs in Mumbai

Toyota Yaris is good car for long run. I own 2018 G model. But ab ye overpriced lagti hai. Mene g variant 10.5 Lakh ka lya tha. Ab yeh 1.4 lakh mehnga ho gya hai. If I'm buying a base model today, I'll prefer skoda repid Rider. Bt I feel proud ki yaris ek esi car hai jo har 2nd ya 3rd person ke pass nahi hai so this make it rare.

Mere khyal se jab honda city ki 14 lakhs value h aur boot space bhi bada h city ka , toh yaris is a economical option that is why yaris j opt mt/cvt is smart choice for anyone. Only pros of Yaris over Honda City is ground clearance.
