I listened to Patrick when I was in High School all the time. I finally got the opportunity two days ago to prove myself as a sales manager. At first it was just a pay bump and then they would give me a sales % of all the reps in the office once I have proven myself. Today I was given that percent because in two days I busted ass to uplift my reps and make all their jobs easier to close more deals.

Wow, wow and wow... I've recently been appointed as sales manager and most of these pointers I've touched on with my new team. My method of approach mostly come from personal work ethic, I have very little sales experience, mostly from past experience as administrative support in a sales environment, so it's first time managing a sales team. I am working with a team that's literally a dying sales team, flogging dead horses kinda thing, and I'm in the process of holding them accountable for their sales figures, putting it up for all to see, weekly sales check in's, monthly incentives, etc. So for me as a new sales manager with a team I've inherited, it seems I'm on the right track. I am definitely getting rid of unproductive people and replacing with new ones. Thanks for your awesome teachings, I just liked and subcribed😃

Hi Pat, I am all the way in South Africa, Gauteng. I run my own business, went from being a tele sales agent straight to buying a franchise of the company that I worked for and being a business owner/sales manager. Some times I had great sales teams over the last 3 years, but now was sitting in a place where i was sitting with agents who had lots of potential but were very lukewarm in terms of figures and performance, so much so that i was battling to break even.......... But hey I am so glad I found this video. I listened to this video last Friday, repeated it to myself a few times over the weekend so i could find out how to apply this to my telesales environment. Today is Monday the 30th July 2018, 4:50pm , I implemented the leader board this morning and live sales calls in training, I did this today only, I have doubled my office/sales output from the weakest telesales agents in my office. My team, gave me more sales today than they did in the last two weeks. I think you just saved my business, no seriously, i think you just did, my fiance and I are over the moon. PAT YOU ARE A GENIUS. Thank you so much for sharing this - keep up the great work and look I forward watching all the other videos you have uploaded. Once again .....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING - YOUR SALES ADVICE IS PURE GOLD.

You have been the great mentor of all time, and never failed to empower me by your contains. I really wish I could have a person like you as my real life mentor.

Full of value as usual! I can't believe how Tai Lopez has 770k subs barely offering a fraction of what Patrik puts together in a video.I guess the annoyying"Here in my garage"ads are paying of for Tai.Patrik is a true mentor/teacher,maturity and wisdom radiates out of him unlike brag boy Tai that's all about showing off, promoting books and no practical value in videos(he can give you more knowledge but you have to buy a program)not liking his approach.Patrik is also about revolutionizing the educational system and really standing for change.Very influential, very valuable channel.Kedp it up!!!

Love your view on ethical sales tactics. How much a love a lot of things that GC is saying, he is a bit of pitbull when it comes to closing. I believe in return business, and if you forced a prospect into something that he is not comfortable at the time, you might have made one sale, but you lost him forever. Where if you do treat him ethically, he might not buy from you now, but in 6 months time, he might become a regular customer.
