#1: Claiming territory: roll the shoulders back and down, keep the head up, open the chest, don't hunch over, don't turtle and don't croos your arms or legs. #2: Avoid the question inflection. Use authoritative voice tone when you go down in the end of the sentence. #3: Lean forward slightly.

Using the up tick, or questioning tone, at the end of a sentence is also a key technique in non-violent communication. It is the opposite of aggression. It's not always bad.

It’s so funny you opened with this. Last week on Jeopardy the champ lost. Well he puffed his chest, lifted his shoulders up to ear level. His hands on the table in front of him elbows bent pointed out. So he looked like a peacock and has his elbows extended a full 8” in each side. I was dying laughing wondering how many noticed how NOT confident he seemed lol

The most important ever is first: Eye contact then facial expressions. If you just master using your face (& eyes), you gonna influence others 95%, because souls interact by eyes (just like cats and lions)

Jesus love you, he died on the cross for you, accept him as your lord and savior he can change everything. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life" (Jn 3:16" But you must repent too. From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near. (Matthew 4:17):
