Great video! I have bought the wrong size of these pouches, so I’m glad you made this detailed video. The sizes are frustrating. Thank you! I would also like seeing a more detailed video on your get home bag. I’m also 30 miles from home…but I’m a lot more north than you. Have a great Sunday.

I use a combination of both PPM’s and EDCM’s for organizing tools and camp gear. When my two youngest kids were toddlers and elementary age, they constantly wanted to pack backpacks full of toys everywhere. I got them both each an EDCM huge. So they were limited on the size and number of items they could take into restaurants and places they needed to pack light. So they always had there EDCM’s packed with small coloring book, mechanical colored pencils, flashlight, fidget toys, wipes, etc. to grab and go. The Vanquest simplified my life once my kids figured out they could only take what would fit in their EDCM. Because there was no debate in a parking lot about what they were allowed to take in somewhere. Its also funny to see how much and what a kid can cram into any of these pouches.

I have the edcmHUGE 2.0 in rd red its awesome used it for years until the zipper gave out

I've gone back and forth between different Vanguest and Maxpedition pouches for a while, but I've always ended up returning them. Usually, they don't quite have the layout that I'm after, or once they're packed, they end up too bulky. I've found I prefer a pouch that I can just dump the majority of my contents into one main pocket, with a few separate pockets either side for a bit of organisation. Something like the Fjallraven Gear Bag.

Great video. I actually don’t think you needed to look more before doing the video. This video gives us way more than the bland pictures on vanquest website. I need 3d looks at products before i snag one. I think i want a ppm-huge
