140g dark chocolate
140 g Water
150 g of soy cream 24%
Boil the water and pour the water over the chocolate. Stir together chocolate and water until it is completely smooth. Let the mixture cool. Whip the cream. Turn down the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and mix to a smooth mousse. Place the mousse in the fridge for two hours.

Water is not good for Chocolate?so y u used it in chocolate?

Why can't you continue to whip it when you put the chocolate in instead of folding it?

Hello. You fold it since you want to maintain the volume. Whipping the mouse would be to harsh, with a risk to deflate the volume instead. /Gustaf
