OMG, this is such a yummy Vegan Feta recipe! You will not want to buy feta in the shops ever again when you can make a much healthier version at home!
Vegan Feta Cheese
1 cup cashews, soaked
250 to 300g extra firm tofu
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
5 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp kapa carrageenan powder
1 1/4 cup plant milk
1 tsp miso paste
2 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth, pour into a pot and cook until the mixture starts to bubble. Transfer to a glass container and let it set overnight or for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Enjoy!
