I'm getting ready to make pasteles de yuca right now! I bought the grated yuca. Do I need to squeeze the liquid out of the pre-packaged yuca? Please I hope you can answer me very soon. Thank you. 😊

Hello! Yes, I like to drain because when it defrosts there’s considerable moisture. Let me know how it turns out 👍🏽
