Painfull to watch yet addictive. pending on load one carry, deflate prior to driving in sand/mud so the tyre make a large footprint, typical without cargo it is around 0.8 to 1 bar. Know what the peak torque curve is of your engine, select low range gear that give you optimum speed at max torque. All revs above torque is a waste of fuel, time, energy and add to extreme stress levels for not only the driver, but also onlookers and helpers.
