Viper is a man of few words. Then again, workouts like these need little explaining.
Go through each exercise for 10 reps, four times, and watch as your shoulders start to pop.
Barbell shrugs
Dumbbell shoulder press
Dumbbell front delt raise
Dumbbell side raise
Dumbbell rear delt raise

The advice isn’t silly. There’s many different ways to train your body. You just have to find the way that suits your body. If 4 set of 10 reps is the method that makes you grow. Then you’re on to a winner. People nowadays criticise before even trying.
