Vitamin C is No Joke- Obey the Vitamin C - Thomas DeLauer
We learn a lot from our fellow mammals. One mammal that I recently learned a cool fact about is GOATS! And no, not Greatest Of All Time G.O.A.T., but the actual animal. You see, goats get sick the least out of all other mammals on this PLANET!! Shocking, right? We need to look into why is this to truly understand how us humans should use vitamin C! Let's dive in and I'll see you in the COMMENTS!

C - actually, the inventor/discoverer of Vit.C said that he was unable to cure one of his friends with synthetic, but was immediately able to cure him with paprika Vit. C extract ;) - also, vit. C is HIGHLY SYNERGISTIC with MSM - taken in the same weight/dosage (3 times a day) are the most powerful detox/cellular repair/vitalizer there exists

Thanks, Thomas, for always sharing great nutritional information. Understanding WHY vitamin C is so important to take at a therapeutic level right now, is a priceless gift! And, your advice that i can figure out how much will work best for MY body, is also a gift. The “One size fits all” approach is not going to get any of us to whatever our individual bodies can tolerate and then needs to be sufficient, isn’t found on the label of any vitamin C we can buy. Again, many thanks; and I look forward to learning more about this subject!🤗

idk what blud be rambling about but take camu camu or acerola powder to get entire vit c complex in the most absorbable form. Its a fruit powder so it's like eating a bunch of fruit not a synthetic vit c, the camu camu tastes pretty good but tart, add stevia. Also Iron helps absorption.

Hey, Man! it's really great that you're advocating mega dosing of vitamin C! (-: Just an important accuracy and clarification note: 13,300 mg of vitamin c that goats produce daily when they're healthy, is much much more than 50 times what the human RDA is...the human Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) is between (in different countries) 40mg (The United Kingom) to 100mg (South Korea). So, they produce 133 times more vitamin c daily when healthy, than the upper developed word Human RDA , and 332.5 times more, than the lowest Human RDA. Please do continue with your vitamin c advocacy!

Excellent presentation and very done putting together all those pieces. I too have studied those pieces and this is my slightly different conclusion: Animals that do not produce their own vitamin C do produce a lipoprotein molecule called LP (a). Animals that do produce their own vitamin C do not produce the LP (a) molecule. LP (a) looks like LDL but with a tail. LP (a) can not attach to LDL receptors. The LP (a) tail looks like Plasminogen which is used by the body to clear damage but LP (a) is used for clotting. Presumably because of the lack of vit-c and the lack of proper collagen formation, LP (a) takes the place of the missing collagen and at least temporarily prevents the breakdown of the blood vessel wall, thus preventing a heart attack. Remember, animals that produce their own vitamin C don’t get heart attacks…

Ascorbic Acid is only 1 part of the entire c vitamin, it's almost always synthezised in China and may cure deficiencies but maybe... Taking camu camu or Acerola powder is the fruit version and given its availability online there's no reason to take anything but a good whole c source like camu camu or acerola. Even use recipies to make your vitamin c supplementation turn from a routine chore to drinks and tart desserts that have you accidentally getting your needs, like humans have always done.
@EricV-lq3jq

Also, things like liposomal and ester c aren't needed for most people or perhaps all people because vitamin c in acerola, camu camu, lemons, etc all work adequately and Vitamin c isn't too tough to get anyways, like calcium most sources work.

Thomas I've been watching you for over a year and your razor-sharp mind never ceases to amaze me. Excellent video with critically timely info. Re: heart disease, I was diagnosed 2 months ago with calcifications in two of my valves. My cardiologist said it's "part of the normal aging process" and brushed me off when I asked her why it happens and how to undo it. I am not willing to become a cardiac cripple (basically bedbound and in pain) so I'm trying every natural approach that makes sense to undo at least some of this. I will be megadosing with liposomal vitamin C from this point forward. BTW, one news report said China has cured several COVID-19 infections using vitamin C. No joke, indeed.

I realize this was a comment you made like 3/4 of a year ago, but would you expound on the differences of the two types of vitamin c that you mentioned? Curious to know what you seem to know already. @@PumpkinHalloweed88 Dr. Berg has a good explanation here on youtube regarding vitamin C on how in nature like any other vitamin, it always comes in a complex of diffirent compounds. Ascorbic acid is the outer layer of the vitamin C and contains 4 components. If you buy synthetic vitamin C you're only getting the isolated ascorbic acid. Good natural sources that contain the whole complex are Acerola, Amla, Camu Camu, etc.
@Sydney.hartman

@@PumpkinHalloweed88 Same goes for other vitamins. I've been reading some bad things about synthetic B vitamins for example that are being added to a lot of vegetarian / vegan products or are added to multivitamins. There are natural B complex supplements out there for example made from guave, tulsi and lemon.

Funny you used the Goat, I was also interested in timely procuring large sum quantities of noniodized salt naturally from my environment for Hyde tanning purposes.
