I've always loved Wagakki Band (Japanese Grai, as I like to think of them). Creative interesting organic music. Love the singer, Yuko Suzuhana, who was the driving force behind the creation of the band as well as the songwriting. Cool to hear traditional Japanese singing involved by her also. I disagree with any criticisms here, since I think she did a brilliant job of singing in both traditional Japanese style and Western style. As far as the traditional style singing, I think it is supposed to sound just like that. She is also an excellent pianist. Yuko is married to Ibukuro Kiyoshi, the koto (the big stringed piano-like instrument) player, and they have a daughter. It's also great to hear current Japanese music in which the band members are not all trying to seem 12 years old. As far as the flue playing, he was not out of key, he was playing a clever counter melody.

Welcome to the world of Wagakki band. Here there were two songs, "Homura" (flame) an instrumental song that Machiya (the guitarist) brought with him from previous projects. As Dr.Acula pointed out in the middle of his comment: This are TWO songs: Homura (instrumental) + Akatsuki no Ito (complete band) I think, this has to be heared more times to fully appreciate is... just because there is so much (unfamiliar) going on

My problem is not with this band but with the fan base that continues to keep recommending this song for "shock" reactions 😂😂😂 like yeah it's great but move Tf on. Literally type this song and reaction and jeebus the list is endless. I absolutely love love love this band they are incredible but the rest of their discography and their sound that has evolved over the years has and continues to be overshadowed by this video and anything with Amy lee. I don't understand this video. Why these cuts? It's not that long. Maybe less speculation and more listening. I almost think that when you hear an ancient Japanese folk song, it reminds you of some metal band from the 80s. every metal band reminds me of Bach

Truly incredible to see that in a reaction video one of the three continues undaunted to mind his own business, if he's not interested, why make the video?

Don't mind the breaks to get your thoughts but skipping/fast forwarding the track is annoying. As a listener/viewer going along with the experience/reaction with you three, we miss out on what you are talking about since we don't hear/see chunks of what you heard/saw. We, the audience, miss out on that entire experience- very disappointing mates. There are so many users doing reactions on KZfaq to choose from & I thought I'd give you guys a try this time round but it'll be the last.
