I've been making feta and watermelon salad for years; it's great with a bbq. Always use mint, too. I add some finely chopped red onion rings too for a kick of flavour.

In Iraq at breakfast especially in the hot days, people are having watermelon with cottage cheese and nuts, it's soo refreshing and your salad look amazing 😍😍

My old Greek landlord in Athens back in the 80s would eat watermelon with feta on the balcony every night on the hot summer nights. The whole neighborhood could smell it. He would be amazed to see that watermelon and feta is a trend now! 😄

Jamie, can you do a program on using a Air fryers to cook your recepies in. As many people are using them to keep energy prices down in the home. Plus this would be useful to those who don't know how to cook food in them too. Cheers Melv.

I love watermelons. Once every few years, I accidentally manage to buy (in the UK) a watermelon that was not harvested months ago. Those who have tasted watermelon freshly picked (chilled) knows the difference in taste and texture.

Lovely...Interesting the way the watermelon was sliced and the rim cucumber flavors coming through.....Normally we just scoop out and discard the rest...But once had a vegetable preparation made with watermelon outer green portion...Did not suit the stomach though...

making this but with goat cheese...i love goat cheese with fruit due to its mildness. Feta is too strong imo.

I make a orange mint infused vinegar annually to marinate my watermelon and since I've been doing it I will never eat it any other way unless I'm forced. The salad looks looks very good and a candidate but for some reason I keep watching this which I've done a couple of times and want to include salami and the cheese in roll-ups as a side dish. Doing it... and without pine nuts, no offense.
