Waves SuperRack Performer is a live real-time plugin processing program which allows the use of Waves Plugins live with your Behringer Wing, Behringer X32, Midas M32 or most other digital boards. In this video I show you how to get the Behringer Wing set up with Waves SuperRack Performer on your computer!

Sounds really cool. I’m worried about the latency. I also currently use the usb card to feed a daw for broadcast audio so I would have to find another way to do that.

You can use the Midas DN9639 wich is a AES50 to USB converter.

What specs should your laptop be to run Super rack without any latency?

Dante or USB better in terms of latency to connect my Wing to my MacBook Pro running Waves SuperRack Performer (and DVS in case of Dante). I already have Wing Dante Card and DVS so it's not a financial decision. Mostly concerned about Latency but have noticed the operability of USB is simpler and seems to be more stable when rebooting computers etc than Dante. Would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks ... ME

I have a Dante card in my WING, could I use that? Also, how many ms do you suspect the latency to be? Wanting to run the CLA-2A and 1176 on some channels haha

Hi Drew, I currently using Reaper as my Daw using the USB port on the Wing. I would like to run SuperRack as well. Is it possible to run SuperRack and Reaper separate from each other or do I need to use SuperRack plug-ins on Reaper. I am hoping to be able to use SuperRack app and be able to do my recordings using Reaper in a live church session

wait, does Super Rack Performer (SRP) equalize latency across all channels? I've tried to use the Clarity plugin on SRP via Wing external FX Insert, and even using the Wing external effect latency control dialed into the latency shown on the SRP channel, I end up with an echo. If we can route all channels through the S.R.P. even if we aren't using plugins on a given channel, but SRP would equalize latency, that would be epic!

Did everything as you explained but when I hit the Alt button it switches to all Alt USB sources, but only 4 out of 15 sources shows name and icon of channel others only the USB and output number. Also sound poor compared to Main. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi, will you lose the sound completely if the computer freeze during the performance ? Or Wing then automatically switch to main, local input with no any effect?

What's the difference between Waves super Rack Native and Waves super Rack performer

They are basically the same thing, they both function by using the CPU of your computer for the audio processing with the plugins. I think that Waves will have ongoing updates for SuperRack Performer at this point. But SuperRack Native used to be part of the SuperRack purchase, now they have moved SoundGrid to be by itself and the have reduced the price of SuperRack Performer.
