You need to trick Foxy Loxy since he escaped. Move to another spot. Use some chicken poop and feathers around it to disguise it!

Rub chicken part on the trap is because he smells human on it. Mainly the front part of the trap.

ohhhh thank you for the pics of that georgous sunset! We went to fla five years in a row down at port charlotte , we had a little condo we rented and could set on the porch and watch the sun go down. its amazing!!!! we havent been back because of Hurricane Charley. too it away. soooo i want to come back so bad, but my hubby cant do the drive. enjoy it guys!!! it will give you so many great memories when you reach our age. Love you guys. stay safe down there!!!

My grandfather caught a red fox with a hurt leg and mended it back to health trained it and hooked him up to the long clothes line we would roll a ball and he would fetch it like a dog would, when he got well enough grandpa released him, we named him skippy❤

I think I remember part of an old poem about animals...."a wonderful thing is the pelican, his beak can hold more than his belly can". I forgot the rest. Cedar Key is beautiful. That whole area is nicer than further south. It seems 🦊🦊 are just as awkward to catch as 🐺🐺. Good luck with the ducks. I love duck eggs.

This video was so much fun to watch. But if you do catch the fox promise me you will be careful not to get scratched or bit by him Jeremy. They are full of germs. The ducks were watching you throw the cheerios into the pond and I swear they said "there goes lunch" I felt so relaxed in this video I totally enjoy them all but the partnership of you two is wonderful. It looks like you need a longer tramp so the food is further away from the opening and he has to go further in to spring the trap and get his food. That is one of the reasons the say is "Smart like a Fox."

Try dog food. Fox are after all canines. Also, leave the branchers to camouflage the cage, only put them at the back the sides. In this way, the Fox would think it's an opening in the brush. Just a suggestion.

Cedar Keys is one of my favorite places for food and views and fishing. I grew up going to Cedar Keys since I am originally from Gainesville born and raised so I am a big Gator fan. I moved down to Polk County Florida in 1989 and have been here ever since. I am quite a bit older than you two, LOL. Oh, it should be easy to find an old boat around that area for your bench. My son and my sister live near Chiefland not far from your place.

Use a tarp then disguise it. Lock the trap open and start by baiting the trap outside. Slowly move the bait inside until you reach the back of the trap. Do this for at least a week. Then set the trap.

Wow I went to school at FSU in Tallahassee and we used to go to Cedar Keys all the time I had a girlfriend that was from Cedar Keys we used to go up there all the time of some beautiful place absolutely beautiful stone crab claws just pick them right out of the hole it's great love you guys
