Hello guys, as many of you had mentioned, the issue with the video quality is probably an error from KZfaq's end. The video which we uploaded is in HD, but it is not showing as HD when you watch it from a TV. We faced the same issue during our northeast trip which got automatically solved in a few hours. But for the current video is taking a longer time. Apologies for the bad experience.

Hiiii so lovely to see you both again on travel, sorry we where busy to handle our chain workshops at Canada. My hubby Rajan ( Sivanesarajan ) born nd left SL by 1979 due to political issues, his parents stayed with 3 elder brothers and sisters, he's the last one nd every year we go and spending time to search his family members, now Rajan is 52 and we still on hope. They ailed from Yazhpanam mullai island. Their name so called Subramanian & Sankari, brothers Sivanesan, Saravanan, Ganesan, sisters Meenachi, deivanai. Just do prayers to find them back. Am lakshmi Ramakrishna iyer, me nd Rajan did B Tech at Anna university and married by 1986 nd my father send us for MS to Canada nd we settled here, my parents also with me, still searching his parents 😞😞😞 Lakshmi Rajan Toronto

Regarding the hand made lace ... Me seen its making by my great grand mother in my childhood ... But she does it without a drawn design pattern ... She were making the design by fixing the 'muttupinn' & little bit faster than this ... the wooden pegs were said as 'veerla' (വീര്‍ള) & the lace as 'rentha' (റേന്ത) ...

Exquisite work. This is a labour intensive craft, which requires patience skill, and concentration. Praise be to this Amuma, for the beautiful piece that she is making. It is so intricate, and so difficult to make at her age , because it requires good vision and steady hands. Can you please provide the cost of a small center piece for a corner table, or a top with lace attached to it? This kind of lace , known as Bruges lace, is also being made in Eravipuram/ Kollam and St. Elizabeth convent , Kattiparambu, Kochi.
