I think most influencers that use TRT and PEDs should be open about their use (when legal to disclose), and very open about the side effects, but without resorting to scare tactics. I am not so sure about major celebrities that influence a much younger audience that might not understand the potential health consequences and nuance involved in making the decision to exchange longevity for what can be attained with PEDs.

I used steroids for two years and very low amounts at the age of 19, back then in the late 80s we had no internet and no information at our finger tips, bought Dan Dushane anabolic steroid hand book to learn as much as I could. We only went on for 6 weeks and off for 3 months and 6 weeks again and once in awhile did 3 week blitz cycles. We started high then went low as it was believed you wouldn't suppress your own testosterone when going off as much. I have to say I never used anything to jump start my natural testosterone back and thank God I never had a problem. The only time I had a problem was using testosterone suspension a very powerful and fast acting steroid that you take every other day and it stung when injected. The side effects were horrible and I only use it for 3 weeks and put on 28 pounds in that time, I used many different steroids back then and it was the only steroid that gave me side effects and scared me so I cut cold turkey. Very bad mistake as I never even tapered down. The depression was so bad someone could of gave me a million dollars and I would still be depressed, that is how bad it is when you have no natural hormones working. That's where I became wise and studied everything about hormones so much so I became the guy that everyone stopped by to see if I could provide important information for running the best cycles, I would even go to Cancun and buy tons of different hormones and you could buy a ample 250mg of sustanon or a preload syringe for a dollar back then cheap! I have to say the late 80s and early 90s were the best times of my life, I hear some guys that make videos talking about being big and fit doesn't matter to women and they don't care for big muscles, what the biggest load of crap I have ever heard! Not only are you producing large amount of pheromones you get attention like no tomorrow and you felt like a damn rockstar. Maybe the 80s was a lot easier to pick up women then today I don't know as I have been married for 16 years I am 54 and I been on TRT for 10 months now and my wife is so much more sexually aggressive with me when on TRT. The truth is when hormones are on par your life is so much better in so many ways.

With regard to estrogen blockers, I believe these are medically restricted to estrogen receptive cancers, with regard to medical data. there are tons of clinics with off label uses, which is likely more the paradigm you are describing. but, I do feel that the amount of exogenous hormone in a simple ortho-tricycin lo or the like, would not create sufficient suppression on the endogenous hormone feedback loop. good content

I think on average, the truth would be helpful. Some of the people on gear don't look so hot anymore past their thirties or forties so it might not end up being a long-lived advertisement for gear when a buff actor comes out on PED use. And long term observations will gain relevance if you know who took what. So, net, I'm in favor of public disclosure.
