Thanks for the chance to do this crazy project Louis! Also a special thanks to Clara, Chris, Phill, Grace, Skyhawk, OneM and everyone else for pre-launch and launch day help. You all made it possible. This was an insanely technical project for ice cream, but it was the combined effort of people with both experience and the confidence to try something new. You don't have to be an "expert" to do cool stuff like this, just be willing to fail a bunch and learn from it! Imagine being 1000 years old creature, wandering around the space. Suddenly, you discover a new planet, with living creatures on it. You try to examine the planet, but suddenly, something catches your sight. You approach it. Its a giant ball, with air inside, carrying sone machine. It has a few texts on it. One of them reads "Repeated failure". I'd fly away and never visit that place again.

Did you know that Ice Cream has existed, and been consumed, for over 2000 years? They have been making Ice Cream since the Bronze Age, a time so long ago, they didn't even have accurate maps, led alone electricity and GPS systems. And yet they made it anyway, using snow harvested from cold climates and mountain tops. This, to me, feels like such a fitting way to celebrate the existence of Ice Cream; a dessert that has existed since long before it was at all practical to make, being made in the most gratuitously impractical, over-engineered way possible.
