You see all the people in your life do f--ked up sh-t like cheat on the person they supposedly love and you always think that’ll never happen to you. Until it does and feels like you’ve never known that type of pain before .
I can’t stand it and it’s eating me. How badly it hurts. I gave my heart to her and wasted 6 years of my life on her thinking we’ll always be together.
We were even talking about getting engaged !!!!! She was so serious about us getting married and starting a family. We were making all this plans so how could I think she would ever do something like this to me ?
Story 1:
UPDATE: Is it so bad to take the low road for once? (She cheated on me and I want her to feel like I do)
Story 2:
Fiancée of 4+ years caught doing meth, cheating, and trying pin a baby on me.

Yeah, that's how they can mess you up. If an abuser isn't kind, it is easier to leave. But often they will have cycles of abuse and kindness, leaving you in more of a bewildered state where you think it must be your fault because of all these others times he/she is nice. It makes it harder to realize it is a toxic relationship.

@@notusgodwind4512 In many cases, a "reaction" to someone's "action" needs to occur. It can take many different forms, some good, some not so good, and some horrific. As a Private Investigator that specializes in cheating spouses, mainly cheating wives, I have seen the full spectrum of actions and reactions. Sometimes in order to save a person's reputation and life going forward, they have to take the low road or in many cases, hire someone like me who will do it for them on their behalf. With the use of "No-Fault" divorce many husbands/fathers get screwed in court and essentially end up paying their cheating wife to have the kids, fund her a lifestyle, and pay the mortgage on a home she is banging her paramour(s) in why he ends up only able to afford a shitty apartment in a horrible location. I make sure that scenario doesn't occur. Sadly, that scenario is what will often happen if steps aren't taken down a low road.

She caused a lot of problems in her relationship with you OP, And, What's worse is that you clearly stayed in a burning building that is about to collapse on you and that burning building that I'm talking about is your S/O. The best course of action is that you pack up all your belongings and leave while telling her that it's over. Don't contact her, don't say anything to her because if you contact her, then she'll wind up getting power over you simply by lying to your face and making you believe her tales, Thus, making you stay with her because she wants her power to reel you back into that toxic relationship and by you leaving and ghosting her, she'll wind up losing that power.

The response to “I’ll do anything” should start with: (Assuming married) postnup that destroys cheater if she cheats again, reveals further previous cheating (list all revealed); requirement victim has no such clause Victim is allowed to sleep with anyone they want, as much as they want, and victim can’t object Cheater writes out and they get notarized a confession of what cheater has done, and their agreement to this, to be used to shut up anyone “defending” them that they don’t/can’t shut up, and to be released on further cheating. Is this extreme? Won’t hold up in court? Yes. That’s not the point. The point is, If they’re going to commit that kind of massive betrayal, then ask for forgiveness and another chance and “they’ll do any thing”, and they won’t even in principle submit themselves to what they were doing to their partner without their consent, then there’s really no point in trying. In any event, the notarized confession is a good idea, along with confessing to anyone that gives the victim any grief about being assholish to the cheater.

First story: "It didn't mean anything",...for two years. Love it! She can't live without you, fortunately she can get laid without you, so it kinda takes the pressure off. At least you know she can be independent, not all clingy and emotional (until...). Nothing like a friend, that's got your front. Aim high - Shoot low. If you want to hurt her, aim for her insecurities. There's no way to measure a person's emotional pain, so don't worry about that. If she sees you with FWB in any context, the pain will last a good long while. Update: Simped out.

it usually doesnt hurt as much for women when they see their partners cheating, i dont mean the nature of the cheating or betrayal and how much it would hurt, what i meant is the physical concept of it, of how someone defiling what was once yours, it hurts far more to a man’s pride and ego than to a woman’s, which is also why women wouldn’t usually care about a man’s body count and men would often get turned off by how many guys a woman has been with, seems sexist but its true, thats why women forgive more than men, so getting back at her by sleeping with another girl wont cause the same pain you get when she cheated, best revenge for that is ignoring her, getting together with someone way better and being happy with that person, its the sense of loss and what could’ve been is what would cause more pain, at least, thats what i assume.

In every story you hear ``go to counseling``. It sounds like these stories are written by MCs who are worried about their business more than anything else. As far as I'm concerned, going to MC is like confirming that you are unable to solve your problems. It's like admitting that MC is smarter than you. I choose to lead my life and solve my problems by myself, and thus far it worked great for me.

It's worse than that, MC is going to be better off if they fail to resolve the issue for you. You're giving them a paycheck, what's the sense in resolving the issue and shrinking their income?

@@goawayleavemealone2880 You have some valid point here, but if they don't help at all, and the word goes around quick, their reputation deteriorates, and they stop making any money at all. However, I don't believe that they can help me more than I can help myself.

Story 1: she'll do anything in the World to fix it, until she doesn't want to. Then she'll cheat again, or baby trap you and take everything you have or ever will have for the next 18 years plus alimony. And if she accidentally yells physical abuse, you'll have to couch surf the rest of your life.

The second story, it unlikely to have changed anything even if OP was there in Mexico during those few months that he mentioned. He potentially could have delay the cheating and drug addiction for a few months but it unless he was going to stay, she was about to going on that path soon after anyway. The only thing he might have been able to do to avoid that is if he managed to also pull Rosi out of that place. However, I'm not that sure if that would have been a good idea either. It seems that their relationship was toxic even before the cheating and drug addiction.

I think it speaks to what she was after. Was it wanting to have more experience with different people, or did the one the guy do something OP didn't? Was it just sex or start as something emotional then physical? It was just wanting to know her reasons but I doubt OP got the info he thought he wanted.

for the first story, don’t revenge cheat, two rights don’t make a wrong. she considers you as a meal ticket, if you break it off, you’ve broken your GF down. Like the first reply, she didn’t love you, which is why you should just cut her off and give her nothing. she won’t care if you cheat, but she would care if you cut off her resources

OP so glad to here your doing better. So I had a great friend and his girlfriend did the same thing to him & they were talking about getting engaged. So when he caught her cheating this is what he did 1, asked 2 of her friends to go with him to a jewelry store to help pick out the stones for a custom made ring. Gwr favorite flower was Rose's so he had the store design the ring. So he showed the friends the drawing of the ring. The stones were cut into the shape of a rosettes and rose. The main stone was a diamond cut into the shape of a rose., with the smaller stones cut into rosettes being his & her birth stones. And the ring was 18 carat colored gold. He swore her the friends to secrecy not to tell her about the ring but they did and she was bragging about the ring to everyone. Then on Christmas in front of everyone he gave her a ring box she opened it saying YES,YES, I'll marry you. But when she opened the box it was her house key. And all the other gifts he gave her was all her items from his house. Then he gave her grandma a necklace that was you guessed it. It was 18 carat color gold with the rose diamond and the rosette stones in his and the girlfriends birth stones. He said he didn't want the customized cut stones to go to waste and as the grandmother was very supportive to him he had the design chang to a Necklace for the grandmother S the grandmother in the soon to be ex girlfriend birthdays were in the same month same birth down. He then said he won't be with a cheating girlfriend. So every time the grandmother wore that necklace the exgirlfriend was reminded of what she lost. And to add to her mistake when the grandmother died she left the necklace and other items to the guy.
