Whether you want to admit it or not, your weed addiction IS serving a real purpose in your life. And you're not going to be able to quit until you find a way to fulfill the need that weed was meeting. It's must be replaced with a healthier coping mechanism. I hope this helps some one

a chronic user from the moment I got out of bed to the moment I got into bed…was high pretty much 24/7 and when I was sober I didn’t feel “normal” when I didn’t smoke I felt ugly n got sick… but now I’m almost 2 weeks sober, I had it all, night sweats/cold sweats, insomnia, stomach problems, couldn’t really eat the first few days, light headed, headaches, vivid dream that honestly felt so real, my anxiety was through the roof I could feel my chest started to pound when I felt the need to smoke or relax 😅 I was getting mad at everything, feeling depressed and overwhelmed by little things that weed and being high helped me cope with. I honestly almost gave up the day I am writing this Nov 2 but I powered through it. Everyone going through this just remember it doesn’t last forever even thou you feel like you might pass out or “die” but never gets to that point it’s your body and mind trying to convince you to get your fix because you made it so accustom to being high. It’s your body detoxing the thc and cbd from itself. Just give it time we all got this 👌☺️

I started smoking since my teenage, got addicted to cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Congrats! I'm really happy for you that your wife decided to help you. I always admire those who beat their addiction. Knowing it's possible to fix your life knowing there's people out there that have done what I thought was impossible gives me hope I will make it through as well. Those who share their experiences don't know how much it helps when you're about to give up, it gives you the strength knowing somone who actully know what it's like to go through this tell you it's possible, it's not the same somone telling you you can do it when they have no idea what it's like, but hearing somone who knows what it's like that helps a lot since you understand it firsthand and made it out gives so much hope. so thanks for sharing.
@DebanckKim-rd6to

From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a clear difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling moment around rest time, but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later,

@@jhn257 it went incredible. it was extremely difficult at first, and the insomnia absolutely killed me, but oh my god was it worth it. I found so much more energy, strength, happiness, and confidence in sobriety than i ever thought i would, and i never realized how much of a hold it had on my life. My goal was never to quit forever, just to take a while off and get my life back on track. After 75 days i decided to try and reintroduce weed as something recreational and now im able to moderate myself with very little difficulty. I know that Dr. Frank doesn’t believe in moderation bc it doesn’t work for him, but it works incredibly well for me. i’ve found a level that works perfectly for me without bringing back any of the reasons i quit, and i couldn’t be more proud of myself for what i’ve been able to do. Goodness! I’ve smoked weed for 46 years - and loved it! Had a fabulous time and a magical career as an international, award-winning choreographer, working with the biggest names in the business. I’ve also been lightly stoned pretty much all day, every day. Loved it! About eight or nine weeks ago, wondering what it would be like not being stoned all the time, I decided to stop smoking weed. (Actually, these last three years, I’ve been vaping it - with my Pax). Well, I checked out a few videos on the subject, many of which led me to believe it was gonna be a though road ahead. Not a bit of it. It’s honestly been so easy! I’ve hardly had any cravings or desire to be stoned - at all! Couldn’t believe it. I guess my desire not to be stoned was, and still is, is bigger than my desire to be stoned. And I’m loving it. It’s like a heavy veil has been lifted. Like I’ve been given a whole, fabulous new life! I’m not saying I’ll never smoke weed again. Certainly, if I go to a party and there’s a joint going round, I’ll have some - maybe. Or maybe I’ll buy myself a little bag for Christmas if I’ve a fancy. Can’t really see that happening, but . . . So yeah, I’m just writing this to let people wondering about giving up for a bit, know, that for some people - even after 46 years of almost continually smoking weed, giving up was no big deal! I know we’re all different. Maybe you’ll have a try. See how it goes. Love and peace . . . J x ☺️

I am having such an anxious time. But I know I need to walk through it and feel it and learn what it's trying to tell me. I quit smoking tobacco in 2019 and it was the best thing I did but over the last 4 years I've really just replaced it with extra weed and it finally all came to a cliff edge moment. I need to push that big addiction monster off and feel what it's like to live as me. I want to be an artist but I stopped painting and drawing when I got high, i have let it steal so much from me. The withdrawal is so needed to help cement this but I cannot wait to be a month ahead already. Second by second, min by min I am getting there

I’ve been a daily smoker for a few years now but same thing, I blamed my depression. At this point I honestly feel like the terms “depression” and “anxiety” are soooooo overused. I’ve changed as a person physically and mentally through the whole time smoking, changed my diet drastically and lost almost 80lbs. I’ve climbed out of that depression and now I feel like a different person. So I’m ready to let this go as well and just move forward. I’m expecting these withdrawals to really mess with my head though.

What drove me to quitting was health problems unfortunately.i was overdoing it a lot.smoked over 5gs for more than 2-3 years every day.i developed serious problems with acid reflux and i hadto quit because it wasnt managable anymore.the smoke is the devil.now i am 2 months weed free and i dont intend to smoke ever again.withdrawals are hell.insomnia,depression,bad temper,bad anxiety,all of it.even after 2 months.i use cbd oil from time to time to alleviate my struggle and it helps a lot.

There's varying degrees of weed dependence. The toughest to deal with is when you have a psychological dependence on a substance. This usually comes from being an addict from a young age, i started smoking every day from age 12 until 34

At this point i only smoke at night or on my days off, im like a functioning alcoholic, but I miss out on so much of my potential because of it. Ive been minimizing my use but i pray for the day i can kick it completely. I also pray for everyone else in this situation. It doesnt hurt to ask god for help. Thanks for the video

Day 1 again of trying to quit as a bigger for someone high school… I have realized that maybe it’s better to live with out it. I do believe it can cause not so much harm but for people such like me who do it for just the buzz, It’s not so good for the brain or people’s mental health and physical. I even made a journal to try to keep up with my goal to be better for myself, around everyone I care about and try to keep what’s left of me before i ruin my self even more than I already have.

Bro tbh weed withdrawals aren’t that bad, the worst case scenario is you get a headache and you can’t sleep for maybe a few days so i suggest just stay the fuck up when you want to sleep trough the day to fix your sleep cycle I suggest getting sun early, now you prob won’t want to eat for a few days so just drink a whole bunch of water. After 1 week you will be back to normal. Depends on how much you abused the drug it will take longer to balance out but usually after 1 week you start feeling good, especially when your brain starts to dream and heal.

Kidneys failing. 2 polyps in my stomach redness all over my stomach and intestines. Muscle spasms from failing kidneys. Vomiting every morning. It's a nightmare. Loss of some very good job opportunities. People who say weed doesn't do damage are totally in denial. The brain ages quicker. How??? Well, it works like this.... I eat leat at night, I eat all day.
