I broke my juice cleanse during one of our ill-prepared doctors appointments and ate a salad, I really had no discomfort though because of the smoothies that I incorporate in my juice plan. The smoothies help to keep the digestive enzymes flowing. I'm going to shift back towards more juice for the next couple days, I want to work out some before I start my transition to raw. I have noticed lately that we are handling stress more productively rather than turning to foods. So that's a plus. I actually caught myself, as I was eating that salad, saying "am I eating this because I am stressed?" No stress eating!
