Mache dieses Video seit paar Tagen bei der zweiten Übung merkte ich schon nach der allerersten Übung wie die Bauchmuskeln wie einen muskelkater hatten aber ich ziehe es durch echt tolle Übung 👍👍😘bin sehr froh diesen Kanal gefunden zu haben da mein Problemgebiet der Bauch ist .

If it hurts your knees and / or back just use a rocking motion to gather momentum with your knees in the same place , it seemed to work for me! :-) ( I have back and knee pain so the exercises in the video made my right knee hurt a lot which continued afterwards :-( x )
