Oh that you so very much!!!! I began my health program January 1st. I'm doing really well with alternating whole food days with water fasting days. I really needed an exercise program to begin with that would get me moving but not tax my joints too much until I can decrease my weight enough to increase my exercise level. I appreciate your channel and am a new follower!

I was 189 lbs, triple chins and stomach. I have small frame, fat showed everywhere. None of diets worked. My weight dropped to 105 lbs less than 5 months and have remained todate. My method: speed walking, speed window shopping in shopping malls; eat carbs in the morning, protein for lunch, vegetables and fruits for dinner before 7pm. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. I have so much energy and feeling great.
