Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.

Great timing, started having low back pain which radiates down the ITB and the outside of my lower leg. Will try the exercises, I find that stretching eases the discomfort. Thank you for sharing
