All of these questions (and more) are answered in this Pilates workout with trained physio and Pilates instructor, Chloe de Winter. All you need for this workout is a magic circle, Pilates ball, or a pillow! Let's get started.

Have been doing this for a few weeks now. 6.5months post partum, instrumental birth, prolapse and inconsistency. Saw a pelvic floor Physio but saw a huge improvement after these exercises. Have gone back to running and feel great, super strong. Thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for this! You’re literally a life saver been doing this for about 6weeks and I’ve seen significant change. I had a weakened pelvic floor muscle following a gynaecological surgery. Now I’m able to feel my pelvic floor better and control the muscles. I’m really grateful

I can't for the life of me hold it. I can only pulse. Even when I think I'm holding it, when I let go, it's like I already released prior and didn't even feel it.

So the first practice you are squeezing on the inbreathe and when laying down squeezing on the out-breath? So does it actually matter when you are squeezing in?
