@@robertmakesashow7089 Yeah the adjustment symptoms stopped after a week. I’ve had a month of much more productive/active days. I have been having lots of weird sex dreams though. Is that normal??

oh man! i didn’t know buspar could help gi issues, that’s pretty cool! 😎 in the beginning buspar made me feel a little drained but that definitely went away. i started the wellbutrin about 2 or so months into my buspar journey and YA for sure it gives you a boost of energy for sure. The combination has worked well for me! Best of health to you!!

I would say Wellbutrin makes social anxiety a teeeeny tiny bit worse in my personal experience. If you already have anxiety, wellbutrin gives you energy, so you’ll likely have more energy to do MORE overthinking and unnecessary mental gymnastics over tiny inconsequential things and make your anxiety worse. I think if it wasn’t for my buspar i’d probably would’ve had a much harder time! Thank you for your comment ✨✨✨😀

Yes, still taking buspar! I'm very pleased with it. It's a little hard to isolate how it's effecting me now because I'm also taking Wellbutrin but after my 4th week on buspar I felt a really nice change in my anxiety. I think it's also helping to mitigate the anxiety that Wellbutrin has been giving me haha.
