Hi👋🏽 I have severe, clinical depression. I've been struggling with it for almost 20 years, since I was 14. I've taken almost every SSRI and SNRI anti-depressant and they would work for a very short time. Has Wellbutrin helped your depression and restored your willpower? I have no will and energy for anything. I am currently taking Paxil 30mg for five days. After how long did you notice the first positive changes? Did you take 150 or 300mg? Thank you

Hi Robert. Hope you’re doing well! One question for ya, how long was it until you started feeling noticeable positive mental health changes while taking bupropion? I’m just about 8 days in and I feel like I’m mostly feeling a very slight undertone of a headache and most of the same thoughts. It’s doing something, but I’m not quite sure what yet. Almost kinda confused at what I’m feeling. Idk! Lol

A.A.A. Action Abolishes Anxiety. A moving body is THE best drug for a moving mind. P.s. ive been on ssri,ssni,buspar,welbutrin, and the list goes on. Its all a band aide that does nothing for healing or hope of not living with Anxiety anymore. Anxiety and depression is your body telling you its upset with the role its playing or how your playing it. Finding where your unhealthy habits are rather physical or mental will show you the way out you just have to fix them like your life depends on it and there is zero chance you will fail nor let inanimate thoughts rule your life in the process. Our body is a chemical factory on its own, synthetic versions will damage more than they help and you will have just another problem around the corner. Please folks learn your body instead of learning medications. Doctors treat and repeat, they Do Not Prevent and hardly heal anymore if your from the USA. The Medical symbol on our ambulances is a serpant for a reason and it couldn't be more obvious than now in 2024. Stay safe and remember motion is the potion!

I’m essentially on a baby aspirin level dose of my medication, the minimal effective dose. It’s nearly sub perceptual. I don’t intend to get off them any time soon but if I have to it won’t be as challenging. (thoughI don’t see the need to get off them) I think the reason these meds get a bad rap is because they are prescribed at sky high doses which is no fault of the patient but rather a lack of insight on behalf of the physician. I totally appreciate your input though, I’m sorry your tapering process is hellish😩

I mean this from the heart, please get off all medications by tapering down....this is not the solution long term for you to be drugged up to your eyeballs. Find a good therapist and grieve or do EMDR. I've been down the same road as you with trying this and that medication. It's a dead end and the hole goes deep. You are still young. It will ruin your life as you get older if you stay dependent on these drugs. They will damage your body. you are a sensitive soul as I am too. We feel things intensely and any wounds done to us in the past. celebrate this and grieve the wounds. I recovered, you can too.

I really appreciate the comment! I don’t doubt that it’s coming from a really good place. I had a VERY similar perspective to you before I went on meds. I tried absolutely everything to find relief from my anxiety, years of therapy, exercising daily, eating incredibly clean, improving my social circle, reconnecting to friends and loved ones. When all of those things didn’t work only then I turned to medication out of desperation. I have to say medication literally saved my life. It’s probably not for everyone, but it was 10000% the right choice for me. I also agree that its abused, but when used responsibly and with moderation, it’s incredibly helpful. Thank you again for your concern! Appreciate your time and your comment!🙏✨✨✨

@@robertmakesashow7089 I hear ya buddy. I thought the same way too. Psychologically medication became a crutch which I so easily fell back on whenever life got hard for me. I thought I would not be able to function without my meds. I was in a deep dark place many times with depression and anxiety. I even at one point thought that I would have to kill myself because the panic attacks were so crippling and constant. For me it was finding out what the root cause of my depression and anxiety was with a therapist then grieving all the immense emotions I had bottled up inside all my life. Then removing that toxicity out of my life. For me it was parents. For you it might be something else. There is always a root cause to all this but sometimes we don't want to look at it out of immense fear.

I used to medicate my anxiety with all sorts antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs. None worked out long term. The side effects would eventually outweigh the gains. I found a therapist 10 years ago who got me off everything and forced me to grieve as a way of healing past traumas. Let's face it we all want the easy way out by popping meds. Anyway 10 years later i am still off the meds. I have good days and bad days, but not like before my therapy. Amother way to reduce anxiety is to quit alcohol and nicotone. I only drink tea now, never coffee as it affects my sleep quality. Good sleep conquers all. Anyway, i just wanted to say, the rabbit hole of popping pharma meds goes deep with no end to it. Real healing is through good therapy. Grieve the losses in your life.

@@anthonyybarra621 I hope it all goes well for you, Anthony. I know it’s a very scary place to be in. Don’t lose hope just yet though. @50centpb7 You’re soups amazing!🙌✨ You’re 💯 right about everything you said! My anxiety was I think different then many peoples but it was constant and it was paralyzing. Just daily pressure weighing on me and painful awkwardness!!! Ugh 😩 Wellbutrin did make my anxiety a bit worse but when I started on it I had already been on buspar for more than a month which did magical things for my anxiety. So when wellbutrin kicked up my anxiety again is was more manageable. My anxiety was I think different than some peoples typical anxiety I know some people have panic attacks, sweaty palms rushing heart rate. I didn’t exactly have that but it was just like a low-key fight or flight every minute of every day. Hope that helps in some way!!🙌✨

It was really hard to say cuz at the time I had really long hair and it did seem like it was thinning out. But honestly, I’m still on it and all the thinning that i believed I was having all seemed to grow back in. My hair feels just about the same as it’s always been and I’ve been on it for years now. Also know this, if you stop the drug, the hair thinning should reverse itself. So you can always change your mind! I’m not a medical expert but that is what I have read! Wishing you all the best!🙏✨✨✨

I been on buspar 10mg 3 times a day for 10+ years and now my anxiety is back and it’s getting so bad :( my dr added 25mg of Zoloft but I’m scared of too high serotonin levels. Because I read on the internet alot 😅
@robertmakesashow7089
@robertmakesashow7089 Ай бұрын
That is very smart of you to think about serotonin syndrome, (again i’m not a medical professional) but you don’t have to worry about that at all. 25mg is the lowest active dose prescribed and you’ve been on buspar for so long. Serotonin syndrome is pretty uncommon and will generally resolve in a day or two with no lasting side effects. I will say that starting an SSRI is a lot more difficult than starting Buspar and takes longer for your body to adjust. Zoloft made me sooooo tired for so long (recommended: take your dose at night) I think it took me at least a month before I started feeling like it was helping. But if you can stay strong and make it through the crappyness, it’s definitely something that I’m glad I got on. Stay strong 💪 ✨✨✨ You got this. also, be careful what you read on Reddit. During that first month or so when people are getting used to Zoloft and busbar and all these other drugs, they go on Reddit and complain how terrible it is, and it is terrible! But what you don’t see is that the same people after a month or so stop looking at those reddit post and just go about their lives because the drug is working for them. I was glued to those forums of people talking about their nightmare experiences with Zoloft all throughout the very first month or so, and it really freaked me out, but now that it’s working for me, I never go to those Reddit posts. I don’t need to complain anymore 😄. thanks for the comment. I wish you the very best of health!!!✨

See if you can get some therapy as well (like betterhelp.com) and try to live clean for awhile, (weed realllly realllly messed up my anxiety and alcohol didn’t help either) and get your light cardio in, some light jogging 30 mins every day or every other day. I actually tried to get as physically fit as I could before I started Zoloft so it would work better once I was on it.
