Yeah there’s so much you could do with it - a little bit of combat, discovery, technology, and so many awesome wild animals. I guess the equivalent to mining in western legends would be foraging haha?

Both expansions look very anaemic for the price, especially "The Good, The Bad and The Handsome", and I think it could easily be argued that the contents could have been rolled into a single expansion. Thank you for this overview, it was far more informative and of far more value than Tom's review.

We where wooed by the extra gold before the workhorse, but once we found it, yes it's become a favorite.

I wish DT spoke out against poor industry practice and shamed publishers. Instead we are being told to buy into two "expansions" - which cost $45!!!! - that should have been in the core box.

Simon A not an advocate for or against, but these did come in the original Kickstarter. They are just now available to retail.

These where kickstarter stretch goals. Instead of kickstarter exsclusives, backers got these expansions for free and they later came out for retail purchase. I think this is very much a positive step in the industry, specifically replacing KS exsclusives with expansions.
