What great coaching does! Westlake just all around sound in the game, very disciplined, very very physical and got all around speed!! Plus with the number 1 QB in the land also helps! Whoever lands that coaching job next year just inherited a gold mine!

Euless is built for the ground and pound. Their defense stayed on the field too long it looked like. Good win for the Westlake team. Westlake should try playing an out of state team. Doesn’t have to be MD SJB or IMG, but someone in the top 50 would be good experience for both sides.

Texas HS football teams don’t have anything to gain from playing big name private schools full of nationally recruited players. They will drop in the national rankings with a loss even though the scales are so unbalanced.

@@codysmith6617 yea I was just in Texas Labor Day weekend I visited the school. That stadium lowkey big for a high school. Westlake definitely in a cool little suburban area surrounding the school. I wish they would of accepted that Mater Dei match up or even SJB shit or even centennial.

There is zero chance this is the #4 team in the country. I saw about 5 legit D1 players and a few that will go D1 but never play. There must be a Texas ranking boost. Wouldn't be a blowout but servite would pull away in the 2nd half the QB and O line play would be equal but WL has no WRs like tmac or #88 and these guys are slower then dville servite would be moving at 2x the speed like we saw with MD. Sad they have a coach with so many state titles at 2 different schools who's transformed each program but won't play a good OOS team one time, they gonna stink next year when the QB is gone
