Hard to believe that the kids shown gathering and hanging out in the parking lot are now probably in their late 60's/early 70's. Man, time flies.

No, it's nowhere near hard to believe at all! You know full well that everybody ages no matter what kind of people they are! Screw all of those who made your comment on this video the top comment!

I was at the July 31, 1974 CSNY Dallas (Irving Stadium). I had been discharged from the Army June '74, about to start my Fall college semester. We had good seats about 50 yard line, 15 rows from the field. The entire floor level was the playing field, set up with folding chairs. Undercover cops were heavy, busting people on the floor, with batons and heavy force. Band made several announcement warnings, but it didn't help. People in the seats could see bust unfold and tried to warn people but couldn't be heard. It was maddening to watch. Music was spectacular but the Irving police were way excessive in force. Irving was a dry area then, no alcohol sales. No tolerance. Severe penalties for possession of a single j.

Texas stadium was so much cooler than the Jerry world eyesore that we have now in Arlington.

@@seabrook1976 I enjoyed the concerts there but yeah it wasn't much to look at from the outside. Then again not much in Irving is.

It got to be an eyesore by the end, but when Texas Stadium opened it was way ahead of any other NFL stadium. The other stadiums in the early 70s were cheap piles of bleachers, or baseball stadiums, or older than dirt, or maybe all three.
