@zorbas091 With Pyramid, Concentrate lets you get rid of bad cards and play good cards. Without Pyramid, Concentrate is a terrible card that enables Unplayable Discard skills which are also terrible.

Generally "normal" damage with vulnerable on silent isn't very good to be relying on late in a run. We're talking about a character that can put 300 poison on something with only 4 cards after all.

As you say it's sub-something so it's used a side dish even in the heaviest discarding decks like with tough bandages. And discard cards are not especially amazing either most of the time. With how many required things for each situation, you never really have the time to focus on a sub strategy that much. If there was a discard feel no pain that might be different, but there's only tough bandages and tactician... are rarely so great.

Since membership card halves all the prices, every 25 gold is worth the same as 50 gold on a non-card run, as you can buy double the amount you normally could with your current gold. Even though it can be confusing, jorbs tend to use that rule to refer to gold (doubling the amount) on all membership card runs, prolly due to him being acustomed to standard costs (dead branch costing around 330 gold to say an example). If that is the case then is easier to think about posible store contents with normal prices and double the gold amount to not have to do so much math when trying to choose between going or not to a store
