You can cover block walls with a mix of white Portland cement sand and Drivit primus in the bucket (wet) . Mostly equal parts and add brown tint for color . Color will vary throughout and it looks awesome . Only for indoor and have to use bonding agent before application . Works really well for block walls and gives them a great look and seals cracks . I guess white Portland cement and primus in the bucket is the important material to have and mix in bucket with mixer

@@kankerbanaan No, so the way they work is they are tinted a certain color, which makes up for the color you are deficient in. In my case my colorblindness is similar to 75 percent of other colorblindness, something that effects my ability to distinguish shades of green and red. The reason they take time to adjust is because color blindness actually has to do with the brain, you kind of have to figure out how it's helping, this is not the case for sever color blind people but for people that have moderate colorblindness you will see the difference after you adjust. I notice most when I wear them all day and then take them off while editing, it's a real mind trip lol. I am actually wearing these glasses in a couple of my videos. Trust me I don't think I could have let go of 300 bucks unless I was somewhat convinced they worked 😂

So, it's been proven "pre-exhaust" works backwards to what we thought in the 80's and 90's. Back then gym bro science said if you did isolation movement for a specific muscle, then a compound movement that the muscle would work harder. What modern science shows us, is that, when you pre-exhaust with an isolation movement the other muscle groups need to work harder in the compound movement. So, if you did machine flys before a bench press thinking your chest is going to work harder, the opposite is going to happen, your shoulders and triceps have to work harder. So, pre-exhaust works in reverse. if you want your pecs to work harder during a bench press, pre exhaust your front delts and triceps instead. It's a useful tool if you understand how to apply it to your training. Juji is doing a pre-exhaust making his back work harder in the back workout, but doing it this way he has more energy and focus to put into his arms doing them first. Modern science also shows us, whatever we do first in a workout, will grow the most. So, you want your arms to grow, do them first!
@PageandPlant4Life

idk about pre exhausting anything but I'll always do sets of flys before pressing or dips so i have my chest pumped full of blood. it helps mind muscle connection and loosens up your shoulders/back

Wed never know, but assuming that he has 18 inch arms using a hefty protocol of compounds at the supraphysiological dose, id say 15.5 inches at 10 percent bodyfat. There is a limit when being a lifetime natty as one simply doesnt have the hormonal profile to support such muscle gains to a point. I would say as a complete natural he is capable of having a 45 inch chest and a 30 inch waist which is an amazing v taper. As he sits now it looks like he has a 50 inch chest and a 33ish waist. 5 to 6 percent bf.

I learned in the early 80s that Dianabol and then better yet , Anadrol was the answer. And a shot of Methandriol was like a rocket-booster. RIP Dr. Kerr

Bc it's illegal and probably not a good idea to admit to felonies on yt
@fillpereira
@fillpereira 2 жыл бұрын
It's illegal,it's unregulated, kids watch this and copy them. Sponsors and advertising won't want be associated with them, they probably enjoy the living they're making, it's dangerous and potentially life threatening if you don't know what you're doing. There's lots of reasons. Much easier to say nothing.

mask of the circle where the logo is and spray it with bedliner. covers the logo and gives it a cool look plus it will last and you can make a video from it if you want that should be easy to edit. Good luck and love watching the progression you guys are making. I have been watching for a long time and would love some pointers or a video call or something! if not i know you all are busy and good luck with future endeavors!
