I'm finding it very difficult to understand how to operate this heater.......I've had a neighbor round to help me and I've also phoned Dimplex and the voice message said they would call me back....I'm still waiting.....I've watched several KZfaq videos and wowee....is this thing complicated.....!!! If you folks at Dimplex need any help with making your operating manual or KZfaq videos more user friendly I'll gladly give you my input. 🤔

Hi Dimplex, I recently move to an apartment with QUANTUM QM150. However, I don't seem to understand how it works. Putting on the heaters even at high temperatures of 27/28/29. The whole room is still cold, I can't feel the impact of the heater at all. I just see as a waste of my electricity bill. I have watched several videos, read the manual over and over, I don't seem to get any answer. I would be glad if this can be look into and maybe further explanation rendered. Thanks

Issue for me is my work schedule is nuts. I don't work consistent shifts through the week so one week I might do 4 days 1pm to midnight and then a day off then 2 days 7am to 5pm. Trying to sync my heating to my schedule is impossible. Why not just make a central thermostat for these things?

There is a fan on/off button (comfort on/off) Why not just turn the fan on when you need it?

Hello Dimplex, I've been trying to find info on how to adjust INPUT in Dimplex Quantum Storage Heaters (i.e. so that it takes in more power & releases more power whenever I need). There is no explanation around it in the user guide. Nobody replied to my email sent out to Dimplex UK customer support (1 week ago).

Hi, Please can you advise what series Quantum you have? The series letter will be stated on the top right hand side of the heater behind the control flap. This letter will effect the process of adding extra charge. - Hannah

I’ll tell you shall I? Crap, that’s what they are. Noisy ticking noises, can last for 2-3 hours. Controls like the star ship enterprise. We paid £1200 for one to,replace a silent Dimplex we had which started clicking and couldn’t get a part for. The improved Quantum was no such thing. £1200 down the Swannee. I’ve told them to take it out and replace with something provenly silent.
