So I wanted to touch base with you guys again after such a long time. I know I disappeared and I figured I'd give you guys an update on what happened. As well as to let you know that I'm alive and well.
In this video, I talk a little bit about some of what's happened to me since my last post. I've managed to lose a crapload of weight (almost 40% of my body weight). I also discuss some of my thoughts regarding plans for the future.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys. I'll be checking up on things here every so often over the next couple days.

It’s so good to hear your voice again! I’m so happy your weight loss fitness journey led you to where you are now currently, you lost an insane amount of weight, put in an insane amount of hard work and got amazing results because of it. Welcome back bro.

Thought I was the only one who turned to bl2 when going through a drug addiction. Thanks to all the bl2 content creators I was able to struggle through it and have something to look forward to at the end of the day.

I had so much fun watching your videos and having you talk about all things Borderlands. Your content and insights we're something I would listen to for hours while I played the games myself. I never did say thank you, so I guess nows as good a time as any. Thank you so much for putting so much love into your community and making enjoyable videos for us all. life can be a roller coaster at times. i know first hand so take all the time you need. no matter if you make different types of videos or just stick to borderlands, i’ll still watch everything you put out and i’m glade to see an update after so long. always wondered when you’ll be back. your still my favorite borderlands youtuber and it ain’t changing. i hope you the best and i’ll be here waiting for the next video to come out.

I've only found your videos after getting back into bl2 over the last 6 months or so an they have always been helpful and informative, ive not only managed to get the hang of uvhm but even managed to get characters to op levels with gear advice from your vids, old or not they breathed new life into my borderlands fandom so for that i thank you

You've been a part of my life through your videos for well near a decade, growing up watching your borderlands 2 and tps videos made my memories of this great series that much better and it's just good to hear from you again. Puma: this video gave me a crazy sense of nostalgia holy god. I watched your videos for a really long time back when I was in high school and when this video came up in my recommended feed I knew I had to watch it (despite it being an update video which I NEVER watch from anybody). That speaks to your staying power. I doubt that any of us would really be that concerned in terms of what kind of game content you would produce upon a return to the channel and in all reality man- just do you, if you’ve got projects you wanna work on do it, doesn’t matter what it is. You have one of those channels where I think the personality behind the content is what people keep coming back for (at least that’s what it always was for me you just seem like a cool dude I’d Wanna hang out with). Anyways that’s my spiel and congrats on shaving the weight it takes a lot of willpower to do so.

When Joltz stepped away for health reasons, I couldn’t help but smile for him. I think it’s ridiculous for fans to absolutely demand content from you tubers, and I was glad to see him take time to focus on himself. We didn’t know what you were going through but I for sure thought about you and your channel more than once, not angry or frustrated or anything with you being gone. Just hoped you were okay. And if you’re feeling healthier now than you did when you left, then you did the right thing, and anyone who would be upset that you left because of that was never a fan of yours to begin with.

I'm really proud of you for losing all that weight. I was in a similar situation at the end of 2021 so I know how difficult it is. I was around 260lbs lost 95 -100lbs. Like you said it is crazy how much better you feel with all of that weight gone. I hope you keep up the good work.

I'm happy to hear about you being healthier as that's really important. On the point of your channel, I personally really enjoyed the borderlands content but I wouldn't mind seeing other ventures as I watch your channel mainly for you as the creator and your style of what you make your videos to be. The actual gaming content is nice but I always felt that I was drawn to your video simply because you had such a passion for borderlands and just the way you come across you seem very down to earth and just doing something you enjoy, minus the need for a hiatus which I'm sure along with myself many people understand.

Even after 2 years had never forgotten you one of the best. Happy to hear youve gotten through the the weight problem as I know from personal experience it's a hard hill to climb but boy is the view beautiful when you get where it goes. Life is all about growth and I'm happy to hear you've been growing. As a fan I would love to have you return and while yes I discovered you on borderlands content I can understand now wanting to be put in a bubble like that. Would love to see any content you'd make be it borderlands, to resident evil, kingdom hearts or any series you love becuase at the end of the day it's your content and as long as it's got the heart and soul you put into your old videos it would be great.

THE KING HAS RETURNED!! I just wanna say how much I appreciate your videos. I joined the borderlands train really late when I got a copy of borderlands 3 for Christmas 2020, however because it was on a last gen console the load times were so long that after I beat the main story I put it down and didn't touch it for like 3 months. Then one day I got a "Top 10 pistols in Borderlands 2" video in my recommended after watching it made me really interested in borderlands 2. I went to steam on my new PC I got for my birthday and it was on sale for like 8 bucks so I got it and... well lets just say it's playtime went triple digits... X3. After that I binged all your videos and ever since I haven't been able to put this series down. I'm super glad you're doing OK and hope your weight loss journey is a success!

Watched a lot of your videos 2-3 years ago when I started playing borderlands 2. Your content enabled me to enjoy a lot of content I otherwise might have just 'missed out' on if not. I'm glad that you found something that worked for you, I did something similar (Keto and Intermittent fasting) being doing it for going on 4 years. I had similar results, I ended up losing well over 100 lbs, and ended up lighter than when I graduated high school. While I enjoy your videos, I would be just as happy knowing that you were having a better balance between your work and life. I wish you the best either way, and thank you for all of the BL2 content I've watched over the years.

Always loved watching your bl2 top tens and how you didn't just show case them but also how to get all the items and you've got a really great voice for data styled things so I could see some news/ reporting stuff working well for you. Welcome back and hopefully you'll do even better than before. Just make sure it's because you want to not necessarily because you feel you need to.

Lovely to hear you again, and with good news too! Hope things forward keep only going on for better. About the new videos on new games and stuff, I think you aproach would benefit greatly by talking about Roguelikes, there is a shitton of them, people absolutely love the genre for good reasons, there are those who stand out the most (looking at you Risk of Rain 2), and, again, like the borderlands and fallout titles, there is lots and lots and lots of characters and builds to experiment.

I also struggle with my weight I was 279 2 years ago and it made me really depressed to the point i tried to killing myself and was in a wheelchair for half a year and you help me get through it with your fallout and borderlands content im glad you're back. Ps. Im all good now i got help lost a bunch of weight and started to eat a lot healthier too.

Loved your content back in BL2 days especially your top 10s. It helped me when I first started playing. I don't know what it is but I prefer your list when compared to others (K6 and Joltzdude for example). Also congrats on the weight loss!

Hey Puma! I started playing the series with bl3 and then wonderlands. After I quickly got burnt out of wonderlands though, I decided to watch some other borderlands gameplay and found your channel and it inspired me to play bl2! I’ve probably watched every video of yours on bl2 and I just want to say thank you for all of the entertainment you have been able to bring me and I’m so happy to see that you are doing well. I was talking with a friend the other day about how you had been gone for 2 years. I'm glad to hear you're doing well, and that your return is potentially now or soon. I do wanna ask if you plan on making any videos on Elden Ring? The games been out for a month, and players have been figuring out a lot, but I'm still curious if that's to be expected in the future. I'm also curious as to what you think of the game. Again though, I'm glad you're doing well.

I don't have much to say just like a few years ago when I would always watch your videos and never comment. I think it's a good time to comment and say, I really missed your content man and I'd be personally glad to watch you cover anything you feel is right. This is your channel and you should be allowed to do what you want to do. Would love to see your takes on gaming news like per se activision/blizzard acquisition or something like your thoughts on elden ring. It doesn't matter what you cover cause I'll be glad to watch it. My friend and I started 2 brand new BL2 characters in February and took them all the way to UVHM and we are working our way up to the OP levels. It had been years since we both played and while we remembered a lot anytime we had questions or wanted to know something your channel was the first place we came looking. You and your videos have been with me through BL2 and Fallout 4 every time I've played through them from the 1st playthrough to the most recent and I assure you that you and your videos will still be there when I do my last playthrough whenever that time comes. Glad to see you've improved yourself and glad to have you back at least one more time. Thanks VinylicPuma.
