Templar's Gear CPC-ROC gen. 3 is awesome! Ain't cheap, but modular, elastic waist band, cordura 500D, laser cut and you can remove the quick release on the shoulder (left and/or right) for easier shouldering your buttstock.

Good stuff! Pay attention to the key points he's talking about folks, there are a lot of great systems out there but it's nearly inevitable some augmentation/ customization will need to be undertaken to cater a rig to the individual. I've done multiple modifications to various systems over the years out of necessity, so that's something to always be cognizant of. For brand semantics, one of my favorite manufacturers is Shellback Tactical, their old and new PC's are quality and fit great. LBT of course makes great systems too but they're generally a little more costly. I've also got a 5.11 TacTec PC but have had to make several major changes to it due to not wanting the quick-release pull cord system. The alternative is to run a slick/ low-profile Vest and a Chest Rig or LBE or Battle Jacket over it, those work great as well and have just as many if not more modular options than a PC.

The only way of fixing that is to have of of those really high speed carriers with flat straps that you cant put a lot of weight on and that doesnt work for a lot of people. But as far as comfort, breathability and weight distribution its great.

It also depends on how much Žiga is ready to spend. Sure, if money is no option you can get a custom-made plate-carrier that will fit your body and your body alone! Think of it this way. A plate carrier is essentially fabric, just like a suit or tuxedo: - Can a large percentage of the population go to a store and get a tuxedo that will fit them OK? Yeah. - Would an off the rack suit ever fit you as well as a tuxedo that was tailormade for your body? Of course not. The same idea can be applied for plate carriers that are either One Size Fits All (hint: if it fits all, it fits no one), or come in some non-standardized sizing protocol (like Small-Medium; Large; XL-XXXL) that doesn't carry over between brands and sometimes not even within different product lines within the same brand (I'm looking at you Crye!) Since Žiga already knows Husar, he should try getting some time with their Kirys model if lightweight is something very high on the list of priorities. I have some friends wearing agilite gear and swear by it, while personally I love my Ferro Concepts Slickster (bonus tip: get it in that Black Multicam for the much sought-after drip!).

I'd recommend Ars Arma A-20 Beskar. It's a light-weight carrier built out of 500D Cordura and laminates, slim enough that it can be worn covertly if you remove front placard and shoulder pads. It has laser-cut molle-minus attachment grids on platebags and placard, and you can choose between 3-row skeletal or 5-row molle-minus cummerbund with or without Tubes QD locks. It's also Veltex-lined on the inside to accept all kinds of internal padding and has vented mesh in the middle of platebags for use without pads. Ars Arma also makes full-plate and multi-piece hex-grid padding that vents very nicely. The only problem is that it's made in Russia, so there's 6-9 weeks backlog right now for active duty orders and the rest of us get to wait at the rear of the queue. OTOH, they seem to still have Beskar in stock, as if nobody's buying a semi-slick low-profile plate carrier to go to war in. And with sanctions in place, shipping would be a bitch.

For the features that Žiga seems to value (Fit, Comfort, Doesn't impede movement/cause noise) I would try looking at plate carriers made by London Bridge Trading. They seem to consistently show up when the question is asked about the most comfortable plate carrier, and their plate carriers seem to have good wide shoulder straps, a mesh cummerbund with elastic straps, and integrated padding in the plate pocket for extra comfort. They also have a sister company LBX that makes the same equipment in Brazil if you don't want to pay the LBT premium price.

Currently have the Agilite K19 Gen2, its really good and comfortable, but one can have problems shouldering the rifle because of the shoulder pads/quick release. A good option that’s easy to acquire in Europe would be the Warrior Assault systems DCS, LPC or RPC All three and elastic at the rear of the plate carrier, the DCS and RPC and 3D spacer mesh and the LPC has a thermo pad with air channels, all three have wide shoulders and are flat at the front I’ve only used the DCS in the past and my only real gripe about it was that you have to be pretty particular with donning it otherwise you’d get velcro hanging out the bottom but the other two I mentioned use tubes so it won’t be an issue

I don't know if you can get this in your country but, I would check out defense mechanisms their stuff is made to order but you can get a ton of options. Just check to see if it will ship and is not ITAR restricted.

I use a Spiritus Systems LV119 Pros great for shouldering rifles very minimalistic very light weight the shoulder straps are very low profile and have no issues the cummerbund is very rigid routes wires and hydro-tubes like a dream load bearing many color choices no intrusive features you never use absolutely no snag points cons expensive EVERYTHING SOLD SEPARATELY molle back panels are sold separately and are proprietary some people find adjusting the cummerbund to be annoying there is not much expansion for breathing (depending on how you set up the cummerbund)

Lots of cool gear available and very versatile. Crye JPC, Thorax and my personal favorite is the Agilite k19.

I know this is old but have you tried Direct Action Gear? I love their spitfire plate carrier, it has the zippers for a Crye pattern pack and it’s really well made.
